This year with FunTech particularly was very fun! We learnt how to use various Adobe sites (Illustrator, Photoshop, Animate) and then Dreamweaver!
All of these were incredibly fun and I always finished the lesson with a smile on my face, knowing I had learnt something new. My tutor (and the substitute tutor) were all incredibly kind! Overall, My year with FunTech was amazing and I will always remember it.

This was a great course

I enjoyed this course a lot a learned a ton of stuff such as how to use photoshop , animate and so much more and I am looking forward for my next course

I learnt a lot with a verry big expierience fantastick lessons and begin to just know what to do off by heart

The only negative thing is that the lessons should be more shorter

Funtech GCSE was Great this Year!

I had a great year, learning the course of IGCSE. All of the tutors I've had have been great, getting straight to the point in each lesson, while still making it fun and engaging. I really enjoyed this term and this year!

All the classes were fab. I had help throughout and I had a great time. My teacher Abul was excellent. He made everything clear and I had support when needed.

Learning with FunTech is Amazing

The course that I did over the past year has been very fun for me and it would not be the same without the challenges that are usually about creating games. The tutors were always eager to help me and were fun to be taught by. The fun really showed me the tech well! An amazing year of coding.

The entire course

The whole coarse has been fun with the terms my favourite one was the photoshop and the hardest was the last one with dreamweaver but it was fun and challenging

Learned a lot.

This term helped me learn a lot in terms of python and I am very thankful for that is it will continue to increase my ability in the future.

I have learnt a lot of suff over the course of the year. I am always able to catch up on anything by booking a prep session. The photoshop and illustrator topic was helpful and I still use it now. The Microsoft Word and Excel term was very important and I am able to use these skills now. when things are tricky, I can ask for help and get a good response.
The SQL and Dreamweaver with HTML was more challenging but I got through it. There were sometimes were some of my work was not there but the teacher would always manage to catch me up.

Very fun and interesting

I have really enjoyed learning about game development in python over the last year the course is very engaging and fun to follow and the material is very applicable to real life situations and I feel like I can use theses skills in my own projects now.

This course taught me a lot more about python coding, especially with pygame

This year has been a great experience, especially using pygame which is something that interests me a lot. My tutor was also great by explaining me everything if I did not fully understand it. This course definetely gave me a good coding base to improve/learn upon.

Funtech was a cool course which sometimes cheers me up on Saturday Mornings, the reason why I gave it a 4/5 was because the first term, when we were learning about Photoshop, I didn't think it was for me, I was only good at editing photos and pictures, I even help my dad edit his photos, but I just feel like the other things were very confusing, although just recently, I have been drawing a feather on photoshop which has made me more confident, although we finished photoshop long ago. My mother encouraged me to make animations with Adobe but I could only make simple ones with motion tweening, so I did the harder way and half finished a walking bear's animation in which I lost interest in. I must admit, my favourite adobe app has to be Adobe Dreamweaver, I've created my own website just for a novel I'm writing on word. I created the website which contains information about my novel and I pasted the link in the prologue chapter of my document.

The starting of the actual lesson could be a bit faster but, overall the learning was great and the trip to get to where I am now was 100% worth it! I hope future students feel this way too. I love the way that the teachers interact with the students and help them.

I liked doing filmora.

I liked doing music and video editing and making my own game..
when I did movie editing I liked it because I felt more creative.
Making a game was good but I liked making music more.
All three subjects were fun but one was also more fun
than the other!

The tutors are really nice and explain everything very well and in detail, they encourage you to try everything yourself before asking for help but if you need they will provide help. Overall it has been a really nice year and I had a lot of fun while learning new things.

PureCoder - Level 1+2 FastTrack course review

This course was amazing.
All of the topics that are taught are taught in a fun way. In this style of learning, otherwise complex topics are made easier to understand.
The tutors are great and will go to great lengths just to help the learners understand the topics.

The lesson structure (how the lessons were planned) was amazing. There were recap quizzes at the start of each lesson to refresh your memory and quizzes throughout the lesson, for example after a video. I would definitely continue with FunTech.

I really enjoyed learning with funtech. I enjoyed many things about this course - the pace was just right for me, I really enjoyed the challenges we were set each lesson and I had a load of fun doing it. The teachers are really good too - if you are struggling with something then you can just ask them and they will know how to fix it. I have learned a huge amount, and if you are really quite good at tech, you can do the Fast Track course, which is two years bundled into one. Although it sounds like a lot, for me that was a really good way to do it, and the perfect amount of work.
