How to pay

 

Childcare Vouchers

  1. Go through the standard booking process to secure your space
  2. Contact your Childcare Voucher provider and give them the FunTech reference number (above). Your provider will then make the payment to us directly and we will send a booking confirmation email.

Tax-Free Childcare

  1. Go through the standard booking process to secure your space
  2. Log into your childcare account, search for FunTech using the reference number (above) and make the payment. You will get a reference number, you must email us this reference number to us with your FunTech booking reference number so we can confirm the payment.

Refunds

We can refund you if you paid for your camp via credit/debit card. Once we receive the funds we will issue a payment back to the card you paid with.

Refunds are limited to one transaction per booking.

Please note, we are unable to refund a Childcare Voucher or Tax-Free Childcare payment. If payment has been made using one of these methods and your child is no longer attending a camp, these funds will remain on your account for your next booking for as long as they are valid.

 

Your FunTech booking reference number can be found in your parent portal with your child's booking details.

Childcare Vouchers (or salary sacrifice) is a government scheme introduced to help parents with childcare costs. Childcare Vouchers are only available through your employer, so you will need to ask them if they are registered to benefit from this scheme. All of the FunTech location based camps take Childcare Vouchers.

The summer camps that take Childcare Vouchers include topics and themes including coding for kids, Lego Robotics, Minecraft, touch typing, video game design and many other tech and STEM-based subjects.

All of our summer camps run from Monday through to Friday, 9am to 5pm daily.
