I've had a great year with Funtech and the choice to pause our time with Funtech while doing my GCSE meaning I had extra revision sessions for myself and made it easier for my GCSE

The catch up lesson was really useful and the potential do homework after. I will also potentially redo my homework to pass the 90% bench mark during August and revise on top of that so I can be fresh for next year.

I loved every second of it, and it covered every aspect which we would need to know for later on in life. I particularly loved SQL as that was all about making your own DATABASE! The tutor was very nice and wasn't boring at all. I highly recommend this course to others.

What a fantastic coding course! Funtech PC01+2 FastTrack Review

I thought that FunTech was brilliant! I learnt so much and some lessons were hard, but my tutor was so nice, and whenever I missed a lesson, there was always a catch-up course. We learnt about all of the basic stuff, then went on to Tkinter, graphs, adjacency matrices, pathfinding, data structure...

I thought that FunTech was brilliant! I learnt so much and some lessons were hard, but my tutor was so nice, and whenever I missed a lesson, there was always a catch-up course. We learnt about all of the basic stuff, then went on to Tkinter, graphs, adjacency matrices, pathfinding, data structures and so much more. It was a lovely course and I can't wait to login to PC03 next year.

Why FunTech is worth it

I really enjoyed what FunTech had to offer, from nested loops to turtle. My tutors were really kind and helpful whenever I was stuck or confused and the challenges definitely helped you learn and improve. If you're thinking about joining, I'd say go for it - there's so much to discover!

Very Good

I learned a lot of new and interesting python features in this term of learning. It was very fun and enjoyable as well as useful for my python skills in the future.

My Review for FunTech

This year I learned many new things about Python, such as different data structures and how to use Tkinter even more. I cannot wait for next year's lessons, which are focused even more on games!

My AMAZING experience with funtech

I had a fantastic time with funtech this year, I particuarly liked Dreamweaver as we learned some fun javascript, I wish we did more! I enjoyed have this experience to use web pages!

During my Funtech course I learned lots of new skills, it was really fun to learn about the different designing apps and platforms that we used. I enjoyed working with photoshop and illustrator most it was a really fun experience and i have used them outside of the course.

I have had a lot of fun learning with FunTech this year. FunTech has taught and guided me through a lot of fundamental and useful programming techniques and abilities that are vital to a future as a programmer for fun or in a career. The tutors have been very supportive and feedback to a course is always responded to and acted on promptly which has ensured that I always fully understand the constructs I have been taught. I am very happy to have worked with FunTech and would definitely recommend them as a good organisation for learning effective programming.

i really enjoyed funtech. i specifically liked word processing and databases. everything was really clear and all the skills i have learnt have already encouraged me to make a business with my robot designing friend.

Enjoyed it

I enjoyed animating a lot and have learned new things. One thing I dont like though is the constant reminder for feedback and that every lesson must have feedback.

how I found PC01

The challenges were very fun an were very educational. The tutors were very nice and helpful. I liked the course content as it provided a good introduction to python that I will be building on in PC02. Overall I feel I progressed a lot.

- I enjoyed learning OOPs programming in Python and learning graphs.
- The course was very thorough.
- The teacher was very helpful, considerate and paced well.
- It was a bit annoying that we had to keep downloading resources again, and again.

During the way of game zone course, I deleted my project and I could not get it back, so in my catch up, the tutor got it back and I was so grateful. Funtech is good because the tutor is always ready to help you and they are so nice. I found event sheet on games zone difficult and the thing i found the easiest was mytunes.

Over the year I've learnt several new things. They are explained well and easily through videos and the tutors. I've most enjoyed the end of term projects, Although it is hard remembering everything you've done its incredible to see the work that you've done. My personal favourite is when we got to code a fully working hangman game.
The exercises that are provided after you've finished learning the topics are a fun and simple way to remember whats been taught.

I really enjoyed the course, as I learnt several new things about python and was able to develop my coding understanding. In addition, the lessons were interactive and fun, which helped me a lot.

These 3 terms were really fun!

I really enjoyed learning new features in Microsoft Word and Excel and then database with SQL since there were many commands and features I never knew about and overall i just had fun! My tutor was really nice and i found this course really informative!
