Great lessons

I find the lessons useful because they involve visual and interactive learning. They are very informative and help me remember all the different topics needed for the iGCSE. If I do well on the exams, it'll be because of these lessons.

This has by far been my favourite part my time with Funtech. I've always had a deep love for game creation and I'm very thankful that I have to opportunity to deepen my skills here. It would be great if it could incorporate 2D game design aswell! All-in-all, it was very fun!

Funtech Review - Level 3

I enjoyed this year in FunTech a lot, I feel like we learnt a lot with a good amount of learning in each lesson with going back sometimes in next lessons which makes it easy to remember and code games for example from scratch without the engine or base code we may be familiar with using

all the terms were fun and it got easyer as we did more lessons. the turor was very kind and she explained the work well and helped us whenever we were stuck.

Funtech

This year I have had the pleasure to code with funtech. The lessons not only made my weekend better also is allowing the to do my GCSE's next year. Not only that, the tutors are always kind and funtech is unbeaten in the ways they help you learn and how helpful the tutors are if you need help.

I have enjoyed FunTech immensely and have learnt many different things that can help me to compact and organise information more easily. I have enjoyed this unit of excel,sql and word more than the other units. Thank You Amrir, and everyone else in funtech for the informing, enjoyable lessons!! :)

Funtech has helped me massively with my skills and I have learnt many different things. I enjoyed construct3 the most because I liked making our own games. I have improved a lot with my coding skills because of Funtech and whenever I was unsure on something , they explained it clearly.

the whole year has been very fun and it is a great balance between challenging and not too easy, i thought the tutors were great and there is not much room for improvment.

Almost everything was explained well.
If I didn't understand everything they kept explain and teaching me the code until I learnt and understood it.
I enjoyed coding a lot.
It makes Fridays better even though at school lessons are boring.

It's been an excellent course, where we cover each topic to a great detail.

It's been a great year, and I have learnt a lot in year 1 of the CS A Level Course.

During my time at FunTech I have had my up and downs. Sometimes, I didn't understand what was being taught to me but the teachers were always there for me to clear up any confusion. Starting with WORD, I had a good time doing it learning all about the features of it. I found that pretty easy. A little harder one was Excel. not only did you need coding skills but you needed maths to work out all the formulas. Finally the hardest one of all. SQL. This was really hard for me and I didn't like it at the first. But with the teachers helps and with all my doubts cleared it soon became easier and easier until it became a lifestyle.

I would just like to say what a wonderful year it was and how fun and brilliant the tutors were.

Term 1 was confusing as I did not know anything about Java, but as we progressed through the year into term 2 and 3, I became so much more confident and I am now able to do lots more stuff with this interesting tool! Thanks for all this!

Especially a shoutout to Jessica, who helped me through every step of the way, for solving things that I did not know, and tackling errors and bugs in the code. As well as that, thank you tech support who helped me with computing errors and make everything work! A final thanks on everything that Funtech has done and I enjoyed every second.

FunTech is very fun!

This whole year was very fun, especially the term when we made music. The teacher was very nice and helped us if we couldn't figure out something. the lessons were fun and engaging and the end result was very good!

To start, this year doing pc04 with FunTech has been such a blast and I've enjoyed expanding on my knowledge of C++ a lot! The lessons are very helpful and explained in such depth and even if you don't understand it at first, the tutors are always very understanding and patient with you, especially in my case with my tutor Kevin, I never feel bored in the lessons since he always interacts with us and makes me feel comfortable to speak and contribute in the lessons and I always come out with a deep understanding of the topic we're learning that week. When I first started this course, I thought that it would be quite similar to past courses but I found it to be much closer to a school course yet it is structured far better than any lesson I've had. I do not find the topics too difficult or time consuming, and I feel like I am learning well.

Enjoyed every moment of it.

This was a very fun term to be doing, I learned so much from these lessons, and I genuinely enjoyed so much of it. A lot of the lessons always had something interesting about, and every teacher I had was very very kind. Overall it was amazing.
