Our kids were doing the intermediate python and LUA courses this summer. Unfortunately, we suffered a power outage in our village and within minutes, the customer service team at FunTech were on the case and proactively reaching out to us parents to check everything was okay. Not only did they ensure that our kids didn’t fall behind during the outage, but they also made tutors available early the next day for an additional private catch up lesson. Just brilliant service, super friendly and great content! We will definitely be back for further courses in future holidays!

Python Level one course - brilliant!

Both of our kids attended the beginner, python course during the summer holidays. The instructor was great, coursework was varied and interesting. Both of our kids thoroughly enjoyed it!

enjoyable and stimulating

My daughter had a most enjoyable time on the online Java course for 2 weeks of the school holidays. She found the course stretched her knowledge and skills, but was pitched at the right level so that she never thought she was out of her depth or falling behind.

My daughter enrolled in the advanced python coding course over the summer holidays, having done the basic course earlier. She really enjoyed the course and, from what I could see, was doing some pretty impressive stuff by the end of the course. The instructor was professional and kept the course on track. This is the fourth or fifth virtual course she has done, in addition to a couple of day camps before the pandemic, and she has always enjoyed them and said that she learns a lot.

Great Course for a Summer Camp

My son wasn't keen on doing this class in the beginning because he wanted to be on his ps5 all day but by day 2 he started to get into it. He said he enjoyed it and looking forward to signing up for Python Level 3

Roblox Lua Coder

My son thoroughly enjoyed this course. He relished the challenge and we were very happy that he spent some of his summer holidays learning a new skill. The teacher was very good and communication with parents was excellent.

When I signed my daughter up for Minecraft Mod Developer 1, I was worried that 3.5 hours would be too long and she'd be bored and restless well before the end of the week. I couldn't have been more wrong! She was completely absorbed for every minute and by day 2 she was asking if she could do Part 2. She's just completed that and she has loved every second :) It's been lovely hearing her chatting away whilst we're working and popping up in breaks to tell me what a brilliant time she's having. I'm amazed by what she's achieved and she's thrilled to bits with it all. She tells me the tutors have been lovely and really good at explaining how to do things and at helping them when they get stuck. She's thoroughly enjoyed the interaction with the small group of other children on the course. The administration team have also been super friendly and very helpful. It's been great for us to be able to get on with our work knowing our daughter's happy and without needing to take her somewhere and pick her up. Both parents and daughter would highly recommend these courses. Thank you FunTech for a great couple of weeks :)

Lyndon really enjoyed part 2 of Python - OOP. The tutor, Nathan, was great - really patient, very knowledgeable and engaging. He really inspired Lyndon and his enthusiasm was infectious. Lyndon is looking forward to more courses next year. A huge thanks to Funtech for running this course for him - this is his 6th year of Funtech and he is a huge fan. Overall I thought that this course was really fun and enjoyable with all the challenges but at the same time I have learnt many new things, so therefore I recommend this course to people who want to start learning about A.I.

It was really good and I learnt a lot. And when I didn't get something or was confused the tutor patiently taught me it. You learn a lot from this course! Even if you start with no knowledge of coding.

Amazing,, definitely coming back to learn another coding platform, the tutor was fantastic, the course was great, I really don't have anything bad to say about it, it was perfect, I really enjoyed using all the special assets that Funtech has and using Unreal engine.

I learnt a lot from this course, I found out how to make loops, change transparency with scripts. I also learned how to make a PvP game. I learnt so many things that I never knew before and I understood it as well. I had a great time and had fun learning.

Very cool

Engaging and easy to understand. The first few days are quite easy if you know any other programming language but there are many extensions and challenges to do if you finish early. The projects at the end are fun and complex enough to challenge you.
