Good teaching, learned a lot

End of Python Part 1 camp

The work was a bit hard but the instructor was very clear with his instructions. I learned a lot! It was fun learning python, it has inspired me to do more programming in the future

i have enjoyed my funtech camp the past week. i have enjoyed building on my python skills.

summer camp

The lessons were interesting, the tutors (Brooke and Daniel) were really good and explained things well, boarding was fun overall, there were lots of activities and the pastoral tutors (Abul, JMA and Charlotte) were also really friendly

Good

I think the weeks lessons are very good, why, because the staff are very nice, they make it very easy even when it looks hard and lastly, I think the time table is very efficient like the screen breaks and lunch times, I think they planed the time very well.

It was good but quite hard

I was doing OOP and its was quite hard but the teacher helped me to understand. I also liked the fact that there were activities every night like a Minecraft tournament and movie night. The only problem is that the breaks are quite short but lessons are pretty good.

My Review

This was a very fun and nice camp. I really enjoyed how I could create whatever I wanted and had a fun time with the other students. The teachers were also extremely nice and I really like this camp overall.

Very good teaching of coding and very educational

The camp was very good even though some parts were hard for me but the tutor helped me understand what to do. I would say it was worth my time and it was a very enjoyable week.

This camp was overall enjoyable and informative. I learn a lot about Unity and it's programming language (C#). I got plenty of support both in person and online and it allowed me to develop my understanding of game development and coding which are two fields I am very interesting. All in all it's a nice way to spend a week in summer doing something other than sitting at home.

I have learnt quite a lot i look forward to do this at home on my computor because i like it that much and i think that i really enjoy playing roblox and most of all building it and i also have the game roblox and i play lots of games and what i really like about what i did because you can build whatever you want like houses and buildings and obbys . i rate it a four because although i really enjoy it , it is sometimes but you get to learn it quite quickly and you most of all get to learn a lot about creating.

I liked funtech because I love playing minecraft with my mum and other people

I honestly enjoyed it

Everything was well explained and the sessions were fun and interactive
there should still be gamemaker courses but unity ones were good :)

Funtech Part 2 Python

It was really fun, and knowledgeable which taught me so many things about Python. We learnt about lists, while loops, for loops, indexes, algorithms (bubble sort and linear search) and so much more... Also, the teacher had a positive impact on the lesson.

Good course

We made a lot of projects; I enjoyed making them, and the teaching was also efficient. I also understood everything. We mainly made platformers and pong games, and it was very fun overall.

it was a great camp and I managed to understand almost everything thanks to my tutor, who was great and really supportive and also helped with my general understanding of python in general and helped me consolidate my basics. :)

Minecraft Redstone Engineer course part 1

I really loved doing all the things that we did this week especially making the mazes and learning about different types of gates. I am looking forward to part 2 next week! Thank you very much to my teacher this week.
