I would highly recommend these courses to any one new to Python and can ensure they would have a great time!

FunTech Python Review

Lara enjoyed the Python class. It was her first time doing Python and coding that isn't Scratch Junior. The instructors were great -- energetic and encouraging. She had fun coding programs and was excited about having me try them at the end of each day.

On the first day, I found it difficult because I didn't know much about computing. But as my tutor went through it I started to understand it more. I am now able to code most things by myself without a tutor helping me.

Camp was very fun and interesting; teachers taught well and were very nice.

All over the week, I have learnt many things on Python. I found it really fun, enjoying every topic. A great thanks to the FunTech teachers. Overall, this has to be one of the best camps I ever went to.

Enjoyed the course and felt that some of the tasks really challenged me and strengthened my knowledge of the things I already knew a taught me some things that I didn't know before.

Good for understanding coding and learning Python

I know much more than I used to know about Python and I'm proud of what I've coded this week. There are extensions for when you have finished the main task and this is good because then I wasn't bored while waiting for other people to finish.

This has been a good experience with me learning a bit of code and now know how to code better.

I came here for the second time in my life, so I had quite high expectations, because last year was amazing. That was more because of the people I met, so it was obvious that this year wouldn't be the same, given that the said people weren't here this year.
This week was very fun too - and I really enjoyed the course. The tutors and teachers were really nice and I learnt a lot more than I would've in my school. I just kind of regret having changed groups, because although the people were nice, I am curious what would've happened if I'd stayed with the older group. I still had fun with the people I was with, though.
The residence this year was really cool, and the rooms were better than last year, and I can't complain.

Overall, it was brilliant, we had a fair bit of sports along with the coding, so we weren't sitting around all day which is a necessity. Overall, it was brilliant, we had a fair bit of sports along with the coding, so we weren't sitting around all day which is a necessity. The food was great as well, as their were a variety of options for those who were vegetarian or ate halal food. The accommodations were excellent, there were bathrooms in close proximity to our dorms and in some rooms there were sinks, so you could brush your teeth and wash your face there. The staff were really nice and empathetic if you were upset and helped out a good deal in the coding itself. The coding in general was excellent, we discovered a range of topics and we were taught with videos and examples and we got to do a project at the end.

Most people were on 10 mins before the lesson started so we even got extra time.

I really enjoyed the lessons. I have learnt so much about Python over the past 5 days and everyone in my group is so helpful.

It was fun and I learned a lot.

I very much enjoyed my time here at Funtech learning about python. I have made lots of friends here so feel safe and comfortable learning. Whenever I didn't understand something I all ways got help and it is very much worth coming if you want to learn so basic python.

Very good, I learned things that were my original goal to learn, it was fun, I progressed, e.t.c. I enjoyed the camp and in the end I did learn a lot of stuff.

The coding lessons seems well- structured, could be better to spend a bit time in each day to explain the learning objects and outcomes, and have a summary at the end of each lesson for study focus. There are some teaching contents delivered by direct recorded videos, which seems not very effect

There are some teaching contents delivered by direct recorded videos, which seems not very effective and kids may think they are not very interesting. Hand-on projects are embedded in the lesson which is very good, maybe some blend in more quiz or mini games in a group setting could keep students more concentrated in the study.

Great! Would recommend!

Tutors are very good at teaching, and the course is very helpful and inclusive. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is £475 for an online call is quite expensive. otherwise, this was great!
