Funtech review

This course was amazing, it helped me learn so much in a short space of time. i would recommend this course to a lot of people as it is a fun way to learn code and put the work into practice.

very good

PureCoder-Level 2 was very fun I learnt a lot and enjoyed doing the challenges and had fun trying to code pacman on the last lesson.

My time at Funtech

During my course at Funtech I developed my programming skills in Python, especially in regards to principles of object-orientated programming in fun challenges that tested my proficiency.

I think this year has been amazing and I have really enjoyed all the classes, I have learned so much and I'm 100% going to do a year more Funtech. Thanks to Funtech, Alex (Tutor) and everyone that works at Funtech, it has been the best tech/coding learning experience ever.

My FunTech review

Throughout this year I have learnt everything about python from the basics to how to make a PacMan game. It was great Fun and I would recommend it to another person who is getting into coding.

If anything, I really enjoyed the photoshop course and the animate course. They were really fun to do and I was able to understand how to use both applications perfectly. My tutor was really cool and calm with all of the students in my class and never lost her temper(I doubt that could ever happen) when one of us didn't get it. I honestly wish she can tutor us again in different classes although that all really depends on what our parents think our next course should be. I really enjoyed this creative tech course and I had an amazing experience throughout this whole course. >:).

Last year wasn't as good as this year, this year I got an even better teacher and she explains everything. I feel so happy that I know how to code and create my own website! I can now brag to my friends. ;-) LOOvELy

Funtech is amazing! I have learned a lot of basic things and fundamentals in python and I found out python was really an easy programming language for beginners and rated 5 stars because it made programming a lot easier for me

I really enjoyed doing MyTunes and film editing. Game Developing not so much, but I still had a great time! I've learned many things this year that have already been quite useful in my everyday life. Thank you!

It was extremely interesting to learn game programming, although, it was extremely hard, but still a great course!

The best FunTech course I have done!

This course is really fun and you get to make game with graphical interfaces. My tutor, Chris, was also really nice and was always happy to help me if I got stuck on a part of the question. Highly recommend!

After One Year At Funtech

The courses are very fun. They are picked out well and the lessons are clear and enjoyable to do. It is overall fun for 1 hour and 20 minutes each week.

I really enjoyed Funtech this year, it was really good, I really enjoyed learning python and making fun projects (to do with python). It’s been a really positive experience. I have been able to understand the basics of python really well, and most of all have fun.

Great Course

This was a great course to take, especially for the basics of coding. It has genuinely helped my GCSE Computer Science as it isn't taught well in my school and has overall expanded my love of programming more!

My Review

This year has been mostly challenging except from some challenges and things throughout the year but overall everything was great. The tutor was very nice and i enjoyed this year.

The funtech year

It was good because I learnt a lot including how to animate whatever I like or put a filter on a photo but my favourite part was doing the HTML -building a website at the end.

The content was interesting and definitely challenging enough. Sometimes the challenges could have been phrased more easily but mostly they were good as well. I feel like this course has been more interesting and enjoyably for me personally than PC01/PC02, because I feel it has evolved more.

Funtech is a very fun interactive course where you can learn a lot, it is also very fun as you can learn how to do cool things e.g. create graphs and shapes. They are very immersed in our learning as if we put an amber face or below that make sure to check up on you and try and fix the problem....

Funtech is a very fun interactive course where you can learn a lot, it is also very fun as you can learn how to do cool things e.g. create graphs and shapes.
They are very immersed in our learning as if we put an amber face or below that make sure to check up on you and try and fix the problem.
As you get closer to the end of the course the content gets more difficult and can be harder to get to grips with and so i feel (especially for Level 2 term 2&3) they should maybe go into a bit more depth and not try and rush everything as much as if you don't understand the content when it is first explained you will just fall behind which isn't ideal.
They are also very present and will try and answer your questions to the best of their ability everytime which is very important.
I enjoyed the course however near the end of the term the content became much more difficult and harder to understand
