I have been here twice now, and both experiences were a week to remember. The rented laptops were very nice, and the tutors were impressive in their knowledge and skill. funtech soooooooo fun :-)

I thought the camp was very interesting and I could tell that the coaches were very experienced in their fields of coding. there was enough time to get fresh air so I didn't feel like a zombie staring at a screen all day.

The course was highly professional and at the same time fun. The instructors are very fun and qualified and I really enjoyed my time. The teaching was detailed and easy to understand. The projects are fun and the course certainly increased my interest in coding, great for kids who don't like coding or want to do it but don't want to learn it. I was surprised how quickly i was able to learn the coding, i learnt more in a day of python then i ever did in 9 years of school. The amount of progress you make the entire week is impressive and it is at the point the coding looks complicated and it looks like you know what you are doing. It is truly a good course to get your child interested in the subject and in a generation where coding is becoming an integral part of modern society especially when coding applications and basic programs. Another thing i realized which was amazing is that although a 9-5 day sounds long and harsh, they give breaks every single hour, we had 2 breaks in the morning, an hour lunch and 2 breaks in the afternoon, so 5 overall breaks which means I was well rested and not tired throughout the day. Even better, they have SDF forms at the end of each day so the students can anonymously, to the instructor, input their experience and it is transmitted to the coordinator who is also a very lovely lady and she helps figure out solutions to any problems you are having in the camp and implements that with the instructor so you can make the most of the week. When I put some constructive feedback, i found it was acted in less then a day and my experience was improved. TL:DR Overall, it was an amazing course definitely good for young kids who want to expand their passion of coding or start it with supportive instructors and a good form system where you can describe your experience and they act upon your problems quickly and efficiently.

I really enjoyed the course since it was very fun and I learnt a lot of new coding skills. every time we learnt a new coding thing we got to use it and test our knowledge about it in the challenge. the tutor was very helpful and if you weren't sure about something they could help you

I loved making games

My favourite thing was making games such as Hangman, Naughts and Crosses and Towers of Hanoi. My teacher was really helpful and I was always able to get around my problems.

Excellent

I think i have understood everything to a descent extent and can use all information in a project. I think i will need to do more revision in future, but it has been a very effective start to coding.

I recently attended a Python coding session as a complete newbie, and it was an incredibly valuable experience. I learned a lot in a short time, managed to write my own programs, and had the chance to experiment with my coding skills. The session was well structured and beginner friendly. I found it really useful and would highly recommend Hendry as a tutor, he made the learning process smooth and enjoyable!

This camp was really fun and taught me so much and the tutor was very patient and helpful. We also did alot of challenges and projects such as making rock, paper, scissors and making your own data analyzer. Overall this camp was very satisfactory and I have learned alot.

I had so much fun at FunTech this week! I learnt lots of new things that I hadn't known before and the teachers were super helpful and always made sure I understood. The lessons are well planned, we always get a chance to practice new skills we have learnt and at the end of the unit, we use all of our knowledge in a big project which I found lots of fun. Thank you so much to the teachers - I have learnt so much and I'm sure this will be so helpful for the future. Definitely recommend this camp to anyone who is interested in computing and to people who want to learn more about it!

I just completed the 5-day Python course with Funtech, and it was fantastic from start to finish. The instructors were knowledgeable, engaging, and made complex topics easy to understand. The course was well-paced, with plenty of hands-on activities that kept things interactive and fun. By the end of the week, I felt confident writing Python code on my own. Whether you're a complete beginner or brushing up your skills, I highly recommend this course — it’s a great investment in your programming journey!

the tutor explained every thing very well, and made sure that we understood. the tutor even explained it in different ways, so that the whole class understood.
this was a very fun camp, and i would do it again.

great week spent learning to code put-on. my son thoroughly enjoyed it and came out feeling confident. The teaching and support teams were great and very helpful. We will be signing up for the next stage.

i have done a little bit of computing in my classes at school the past year and after attending one week of FunTech i have covered everything i did in my school year and more! the sessions are quite long as they are said to be and they are also pretty tough, however, everything was explained in detail and our tutor was extremely friendly and willing to help us with whatever the issue we had. my favourite part this week has been the projects; i found them quite and interesting to figure out. i am truly glad to have experienced FunTech and i hope to do it again sometime in the future!

At the beginning, for me, this was quite easy but they handled it well by giving extensions, but at the end, it was a completely different story, the exercises were quite hard...Nonetheless, the teacher helped me alot, explained the exercises well and was really kind

I have had an amazing week at my Python camp. My tutor was always there to help me when I needed it and always explained everything clearly if we didn't understand the topic. Part 2 was a bit harder, but I feel that I did well because I was getting to know Python better. All the videos explained the topics properly, and even though it was online and I felt I got the help I would’ve received face to face. Thank you for an amazing week, and I would definitely recommend the camp.
