WOOOOO

It was really fun and i got to make horribly terrifying horror map but you get up TOOO early:)

Epic Cool

it is a good place to learn touch typing because it as lots of different things to do on 1 website!
It also offers lots more things than touch typing as well.

Robotics

I really enjoyed the robotics camp because I made lots of friends, I also loved the coding because I've never done real coding before. I learnt loads and loads of new stuff.

Robots

You learn a lot and it is fun and you get to build your own robot and fight with it.

Rewarding.

I took this coursed and we learned how to use blender to design our 3D models. The course was very rewarding when we put our beloved characters into a platform game and then printed them out in the 3D printer. I was happy to take mine home.

Hard but Fun

This was a great course, but I found it quite difficult. It was great fun and I really enjoyed it.The software was tricky but I found this week very beneficial.

An excellent course which was well expanded upon by my tutor. He explained all concepts thoroughly and once we had finished, went on to explain other, also very useful concepts. His experience allowed him to tailor the tasks to the student, also to make the course more engaging and interesting, whist keeping it inline with the guidelines of the course. The activities were also exciting and well chosen, due to the fact that there were often opportunities for a choice in the activities.

Program lacks features

The camp was great, staff was nice and knew the work we were trying to do, but the program used (mcreator) lack many features to do relatively simple things (e.g. a amplifier for potion effects) in the version that is available at the camp.

FunTech RESPONSE:
Sorry you didn't enjoy coding. Each day is 8 hours long you have two 15 minute breaks and 90 minutes for lunch, so only coding for 6 hours per day... though we can appreciate that if you did not enjoy it it felt like 10 hours!

I learn't all the basics with help on standby if I needed it. I learn't to code things that would have taken months of lessons in school because the course was devoted to one thing. At lunch and break we went outside and everyone joined in playing games to make sure we didn't hurt our eyes and don't stare at the screen too much.
My only problem with the course was that it became a little repetitive.

Funtech Review (Will Is best)

It's a fun experience, and a "Cool" place for any seeking coder, or just to have fun. But coding for 10 hours Is quite boring, and the breaks could be abit longer, because most people lose concentration (Me defiantly). To be honest James is the best coder, sorry Will :D

The tutors were very good and very helpful and I have learnt lots in the week. Also it is very fun.

Great but expensive

I did really do want to come again because it is expensive. The tutor was really good he is really good at teaching.

We learnt how to make mobile apps. Amazing week because now I can play my own game. we get 2 breaks of 15 mins and a 1 1/2 hour lunch.

Mobile Apps review

Funtech is a very good camp. It is very expensive, but its worth the money. The only bad side about this camp is that it is in the first 2 days i found it very boring and it felt like school.

Fun tech is AWESOME.

I like it because I unlocked a game I had so much fun with. I also like it because they give piggy banks and water Bottles.

It was really fun

This camp was out of this world!! I really enjoyed walking to the park everyday. Our teachers are really kind and funny. It does get difficult but you learn a lot from it. You make lots of friends at the same time and you end up chatting the whole time! Great atmosphere and experience!

best week ever

The reason why I like FunTech is because it teaches you about computers and apps that I think is FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the best camps I have ever been to. Super cool! I enjoyed learning how to touch type. Although I had a bit of trouble at the start.

This was a true learning experience with equal amounts of fun and challenge. Our tutors were constantly on the lookout for things we could do to improve our typing whilst also diluting the mistakes with praises. This was a true learning experience with equal amounts of fun and challenge. Our tutors were constantly on the lookout for things we could do to improve our typing whilst also diluting the mistakes with praises. Leaving the site and going for a walk at lunch was a great idea in my opinion because it allowed us to stretch our legs after a tiring few hours at a screen. At lunch we were encouraged to join in with team activities which got us doing a bit of exercise and get to know our fellow typers. I have excelled at an amazing rate and would recommend this course to my friends.

Teachers are funny and helphful

It was a good time and very helpful skill to learn and master for university but fairly pricey. Good music (up to debate). We were playing the same games over and over again and it was hard to get a new game but thats the point. helpful, fun, good for making friends, overall a good expirience...

VERY HELPFUL

during this course I have learnt to type most of the the keys without looking at them. The coaches help you learn. You also play some fun games. But later on in the week most of the games get a bit boring when you play them a couple of times.

Very Enjoyable

the course had a slow start but began to pick up pace towards the end. The Software we used was good and the our Tutor Sam was very kind and helpful. I found the course most enjoyable towards the end when we began to create our own code scripts and really started to personalize our games.

Very Interesting

I enjoyed the camp, and I've met lots of great people. Our Tutor is very nice, as is everyone else in my class. We had lots of fun times, but we have also learnt lots. I never found it boring, even the parts I struggled with. I would recommend it to my friends and would love to come back again.

time saving

save a lot of time for we will learn so more and more later in life so will type be able to type at the speed of light when we have a job. This is all because of Bertha, Will and FunTech.

Great Experience

Was great, learnt quite a lot and gave a jump start on Java, a bit complicated and frustrating at times but definitely worth it if you want to start coding.

This course is really imaginative so it's perfect for creative people. It teaches the basics of scripting, terrain modeling, entities and so many other amazing things. The tutors, Joe and Rishi were amazing and knew exactly how to keep us engaged.
Although I loved this course, I will admit that I personally preferred coding - which I did last year with the other tutor who taught this course, Joe. However, this is solely based on my preference when it comes to the content.

The camp teaches a good life lesson which will be useful in later life. However though it was a good camp to learn to touch type WELL it does take time and wont be accomplished in only one week. Subsequently to get really good you must also type after the camp is over. That being said in a week the camp does teach well and if your child concentrates they will make a great improvement in their touch typing.
