FunTech has helped me so much. And it's not just staring at a screen all day. There are times when you can go to the park and socialise with your other peers. FunTech make learning how to touch type so much more fun.

It's oooookkk but break-time is a but long...All the teachers were sometimes quite noisy at break-NOT COREY.

This is a good place I recommend, but it can get frustrating.

It was really fun programming the the robots to do things and I would come back for the camp again. It was just so good.

They explain every topic really well, and they make sure you understand everything before doing new things. As I did python coding, i have learnt a LOT of new things.

Sadly we were hit with tutor's being unwell, we replaced the tutor and he also fell ill and so we had to replace with a third tutor. Not something we like to do, however, totally unavoidable in this instance.
We are moving to a new location for next summer.

I found my time at fun tech really quite good. I learnt some really interesting new things that i never would of learnt if I hadn't been to this course. I had a really fun time and made a bunch of new friends. I found this course really enjoyable time worthy and a great experience. The tutors were really nice they helped you out when you were stuck were very funny and really enjoyed teaching us, it was a shame though we kept changing tutors throughout the week although everyone was nice!

We do appreciate that the children would like to spend every minute at the computer, however, we take our duty of care seriously and breaks are important. We have a mid-morning and mid-afternoon break, plus a 90 minute lunch break where the children have a picnic lunch, followed by two options, either engage with games such as Ultimate Frisbee, capture the flag and so on or go for a walk around the park with a tutor. Sorry this will not change.

Really good fun!

Camp was really good fun and looked forward to coming each day. I had done a bit of Python before so some was not as challenging as it could be but teacher kept me engaged and gave new challenges.

Funtech is very... well, fun! What is probably the only thing i disliked is not everything is what you want to learn, but hey, such is life, am I right?

Great camp!

My tutors (Nathan & Tanya) were nice and encouraging. I learnt most of the keyboard in my time at funtech and there were a good variety of games. you complete games to unlock different games.
overall it was an amazing camp!

Amazing experience.

This fantastic camp fill my time whilst giving me a valuable life lesson which I will cherish for ever.

The teachers are amazing. I loved touch typing. One of the best camps I have been to. They let us go to the park and play games. It is AMAZING!!! I enjoyed getting tokens and playing games including touch typing.

Honestly I loved it, the games are fun and the tutors are great. One slight issue would have to be the days are quite long and can get a bit repetitive. As I said earlier I believe the tutors are great and find ways to make typing fun.

A very fun course that I found enjoyable. This was not rated five stars because I think there should have been more time to create your own game, as this was the funnest part of the course.

FUNTECH RESPONSE
Whilst each camp has time allocated for project time where the children can as in this instance build their own game, however, the priority is to send them away fully skilled so that they are able to independently build their own games at home. In this instance the tutor felt more time was needed to consolidate the core skills.

I think FunTech is really fun. At first its quite hard but your only just learning. On Thursday and Friday because you get to make your own games and especially on Friday because your parents get to see them. The tutors are really nice and very funny.

I loved my first week of FunTech! I learned many new things and our Tutor was very helpful and assisted us whenever we needed. It was a bit long though. The Tech-Free breaks and lunchtimes is something that annoyed me as I don't think parents care if their children were on their phones because they'll be looking at a screen for most of the day anyway. The bus service is helpful. Overall FunTech is probably the best camp I've ever been to.

Funtech

Funtech is really fun and I really enjoy it. I would recommend it to all ages. I would say that 3D game design is the best camp to do and the teacher explained it really well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A few technical difficulties but otherwise good use UE4 and make basic 3D models with textures you do not make 3D character models but you do learn how to code in blueprints NOT C++

We had good fun creating robots and programmes. The activities involving practical uses were very interesting. There was a good amount of help available and input.

i really liked learning new things on minecraft like creating elements,making tools,amour but the 2 day i did not like because sometimes i get a bit board on what we were doing but the rest was great [i loved falling of the world on multiplayer]

FunTech is a really enjoyable summer camp. The tutors are great, the lessons are enjoyable and everybody at the camp had fun. I really enjoyed learning java for the first time.
