Funtech was very good!

I found this course very good but some of the videos covered too much in one go. The teachers were very good but were sometimes a little strict. I think that there is a lack of free time on the computers. Apart from those things it was a very good course.

Epic camp

The coding camps was fun and awesome. I learnt lots and lots of coding. The teachers were helpful and full of advice if you are stuck.It Was Epic!!!

Java Midweek Review

I actually learnt a lot about Java in these few days I was at Funtech. It has been enjoyable and the teachers really helped with any problems I had with understanding Java.

really fun learning experience

This camp I really enjoyed I learned a lot and it was really fun with fun staff and I would DEFINITELY come back here again but I had a issue here and there but other than that I really enjoyed it.

Tonbridge - Java Coder

I found the Tonbridge Java Coder course very helpful, It taught me a lot about Java coding, and it was very helpful, with activities mixed on the side. Overall, A good experience for anyone wishing for a future in coding, Or wishing to learn Java..

Very informative but sitting at a computer almost all day is hard and wears your eyes out. Java is a life skill and can help you a lot. Staff were very knowledgeable and informative. Very informative but sitting at a computer almost all day is hard and wears your eyes out. Java is a life skill and can help you a lot. Staff were very knowledgeable and informative. Brief knowledge about computers is required and a knowledge of maths is recommend. Afternoon activities are fun. Lunch was generally good and tasted good. Computers are relatively modern. I can not comment on the accommodation because I was a day student.

Java coding is Hard

It is a great course but I think the days were a bit too long and that the building could be more colourful. The teachers are great and I would recommend it to kids who like to play computer games and who like computers

I'm new to coding and this was a great way to learn all the basics and something quite difficult towards the end.

I would like to state that this course was good but for it's money it should be a bit more advanced and a bit more strict on who they let in the door to code.

The content itself was very challenging and I enjoyed all of it except for the repetitive questions on cards which came up every day slightly different and was quite boring. Other than that it was a very enjoyable and Joe gave me interesting challenges when I finished earlier than the rest of the group. I would recommend the course to other people.

It was great!

The stuff we learn was great, and the tutors were really understanding, but it could have gone a bit faster and gone into more complex code, though I understand that some students had to go at their own pace.

I loved being there. the atmosphere was great and the teachers (especially markus) were "fun" and encouraging. I was annoyed about the early wake up times but that was minor. I would love to return and and to carry on the coder camp.

Fun, but can be confusing

Java Coder is fun, but some times the exercises can be very confusing, (e.g. Pythagoras) but otherwise it's a fun experience, and I will probably come back to do other camps.

Java Coder

An excellent course for those wanting to start or refresh their knowledge of Java.
It's a great basis for people looking to do later projects such as Minecraft mods.
Would recommend this course.

I really enjoyed the camp. I definitely learnt a lot from the camp and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would've liked a bit more of a variety in the days but overall it was very enjoyable and I felt a sense of accomplishment after completing tasks.

In my utmost opinion, it was very good, also the teachers were very good at helping me, especially nick and patricia. In addition, the residential camps were excellent and the lunch time and afternoon activities were excellent. However it could be slightly more fast paced

Java coder was very hard but there were two very funny tutors who were there for you when you were stuck.I thought we would be making a game with graphics so when i found out we were making a card game on Java it was a bit of a let dawn

Really hard, but fun and very useful

Java coder was REALLY hard, but amazing and you learn a lot, even though it's from 9a.m. till 5p.m. for five days a week and the teachers are really nice.

IT was good because of card computer

FUNtech

I really enjoy Funtech and I really recommend it. If you want to learn something new about computers, create robots and mods, have a website and more , this is the place to go.

I loved the teaching methods, the explanations needed to be listened to 2 times to get it or at least I did. Although I think that we should have a little bit more free-time.

FunTech is great!

I learnt the basics of Java Coding and it was great, I just feel sometimes it was slightly slow moving.

It was brilliant!

It was very good and I learned a lot. I did coding level 1 and I learnt 3 basic functions.We also learnt things like loops and if statements.

Funtech Camp

I really enjoyed this funtech camp. I learned so much as I had never tried java script coding.

The Bomb Digidy (Interesting)

It was really intresting I think that they should let, the children do what they want during freetime that is cordinal. BUT in all it was a really exciting experience .our Tutor was gr8

Great Experience

Was great, learnt quite a lot and gave a jump start on Java, a bit complicated and frustrating at times but definitely worth it if you want to start coding.
