I was at fun tech camp for a week and enjoyed every second of it, i did the minecraft coding course. The rooms were super clean and the beds were super comfy and are cleaned every other day. it was good

most of my week was brilliant it was the middle pats of the trip that didnt go so well but my favourite part of the trip was the scuba diving which was brilliant

Teachers made it worth it!

Touch typing is never going to be the most interesting thing in the world however the teachers really do listen to you. Will give you a useful skill, the course was good but maybe needed 2 weeks to be able to fully touch-type. :)

I had a really fun time over this past week. I have learnt a lot about AI, and I really enjoyed it. The lessons were intriguing and I found it quite challenging over the first day, but from there, I found that I really started to understand a lot more, and I was able to code a lot more easily as well. I really liked the activities after the coding as well, even though the coding- for me was the highlight of the day.

FunTech Tonbridge Minecraft Camp

My time here at the funtech camp has been amazing. When you first arrive you will be petrified but by the morning you will have fitted in and feeling right at home. The food is amazing.

How was fun typing this week:

I loved it; firstly, that I got to level 8 on Hex 2 times; secondly, Pete did amazing magic tricks; lastly, I really liked the games, and everything!! : ) It's really fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very Enjoyable!

The camp was very fun. The teachers were very tolerant and fun! We played fun games and learnt successfully the basics of typing.

Great camp.

As the last day of the week of the camp, I loved doing the project which was fun and challenging which helped me alot

Why I enjoyed this camp

PETE IS MAGIC BUT I FIGURED OUT HIS MAGIC TRICKS FOR A LOT OF TOKENS WHICH I GOT BECAUSE I AM GOOD YAY

FunTyper was fun but the games get boring after a while.

I thought that this week was fun since we were playing the games and learning at the same time! But I have still not learnt all of the keys this week.

The tutors were very nice and funny, they were very responsible also. We had many breaks and I learned a lot! Would definetly come back.

We started to learn about this whole "game design" concept and how it works and how to work the software called "unreal" engine , we developed our skills into making a fully fledged game

Had a very productive week and learnt lots of new things

This week was a very enjoyable and productive week for me as I learnt a new area of programming I had never explored before and I really enjoyed it. This week was a very enjoyable and productive week for me as I learnt a new area of programming I had never explored before and I really enjoyed it. I will hopefully come out with a decent game and I hope to continue making games as hobby.
My tutor, Fabian, was very helpful when it came to sorting out problems and bugs in my game and was also very good at going through the content to make it more understandble for us.
I would definately reccomend this course and FunTech to others, as it is well run and well executed.

This course is not quite as fun as i expected

Unfortuatly i felt that this course did not manage my expectations for it and i found that the lunch break was way too long and the breaks in between working times were too frequent.

Great Course, challenging but understandable

It's was really fun and we learnt pretty much every thing that we needed to learn from our course. It has helped me so much and i feel really confident now with the project I learned.

Funtech is a realy fun camp for all ages, would really recomend it

At my funtech camp, I learnt the basics of touch typing. I found the experience very fun and I ENJOYED it very much. We played games that included typing to help us with muscle memory. We also had an abundanc of breaks which was very fun. I would definetly come back to the camp for a 4th time.

Only thing I didnt like was the time being longer than school. It was 2 hours longer than normal school. Otherwise, it was very enjoyable!!!

Ps. Would recommend to friends!!! :)

I think learning the code was interesting and the way the videos and such were formatted made it a lot easier to understand what we were doing and the teacher was very helpful for explaining what I had done wrong and how to fix it. my main problem was the length of the lessons because although we had 3 15 minute breaks a lesson it just felt like the lesson dragged on and many time I was yearning for the end of the lesson but other than that it was quite interesting to see how programming works and very satisfying when it did.

A very fun and entertaining activity!

The teacher was really nice and our course (Minecraft coding) was very interesting. We got to make games wit code and it taught us skills that we could apply to other coding games too. The other people were really nice and it was taught at a great pace so you can keep up.

The course was very informative and fun. I learnt a lot and using that knowledge at the end to create a project was very rewarding. The course was very informative and fun. I learnt a lot and using that knowledge at the end to create a project was very rewarding. However I found that not enough time was spend recapping the difficult topics. This made it so I had a very good understanding of most of the topics by the end but there were a few more complicated topics such as for loops which I didn't understand quite as well because not enough time was spent on them.
However, overall the course was extremely good and now that I have completed it I have a good understanding of the basics of programming.
