great week spent learning to code put-on. my son thoroughly enjoyed it and came out feeling confident. The teaching and support teams were great and very helpful. We will be signing up for the next stage.

Our son recently took part in a virtual camp over 5 mornings during week 1 of the summer holidays. Everything went smoothly and communication was great. We love that the parent and student portal is easy to navigate and it was super easy to swap his dates when another engagement ended up clashing. Our son really enjoyed the course and said his tutor was nice and friendly. He woke up early everyday and got himself all set up so he was definitely keen and enjoying himself. I could hear him asking relevant questions and chatting to his peers. We would definitely recommend FunTech and it's a massive bonus that childcare vouchers are accepted!
We will be booking again.

I was at a bit of a loss to identify suitable holiday activities for my son and I came across Fun Tech and this programme on line. It has not only kept my 11 year old son busy all week, he has come away at the end of the week with new skills with regard to game designing.
It has been one of the very few courses that my son has logged off at the end of the learning session for the day and still wants to tinker with the programme after attending a chunky training session

My son has a short attention span - however this course kept him interested
Parker, the Facilitator was brilliant and managed the group very well. Although a little pricey the money was very well spent

My 12 year old son attended this week's camp and said it was his favourite course yet. We've been coming for several years and the projects are always interesting and well taught, and this still applied with the new 'virtual' format. He also commented that the balance of coding/breaks is better, making it easier to pay attention. Will certainly be back next summer.

i have done a little bit of computing in my classes at school the past year and after attending one week of FunTech i have covered everything i did in my school year and more! the sessions are quite long as they are said to be and they are also pretty tough, however, everything was explained in detail and our tutor was extremely friendly and willing to help us with whatever the issue we had. my favourite part this week has been the projects; i found them quite and interesting to figure out. i am truly glad to have experienced FunTech and i hope to do it again sometime in the future!

A fun coding class

I learned many coding skills here also we have a humorous teacher. I had a great time learning here, actually its not just learning, its having fun!

Great Experience

The lessons were really great. I learned a lot and the teacher helped to break things down so I understood things well. Overall it was a brilliant experience and I'd definitely recommend it.

I loved this course. We made and trained machine learning models which can identify cats, dogs, landmarks, and even handwritten numbers. Although there is a lot of advanced content, once you understand it, the course is fun and easy, and cool as well! We also learn how to make a rudimentary chatbot with different responses and games to come with. I highly recommend this course.

At the beginning, for me, this was quite easy but they handled it well by giving extensions, but at the end, it was a completely different story, the exercises were quite hard...Nonetheless, the teacher helped me alot, explained the exercises well and was really kind

I have had an amazing week at my Python camp. My tutor was always there to help me when I needed it and always explained everything clearly if we didn't understand the topic. Part 2 was a bit harder, but I feel that I did well because I was getting to know Python better. All the videos explained the topics properly, and even though it was online and I felt I got the help I would’ve received face to face. Thank you for an amazing week, and I would definitely recommend the camp.

I enjoyed creating my own sword, and different mobs.

Great time and learnt a lot

I had a very useful and fun tutor who helped me to learn Unity, and when I had problems with my code and program she helped to debug and fix them. Overall I enjoyed the camp as well as the tutors who were on the camp were nice and helped out.

Java Coder Part 1

This course was so much fun to take part in. I learnt so much and my tutor was very good at explaining things if I got stuck and needed help. It is a great course for people who don't know anything about coding or have even just done another language like me.

This course was by far the best I have done, and I have been coming for the last 4 years. I really enjoyed making my game and learning how to use the software. Jake(my online tutor) was also amazing and super helpful. It's been great!

Great Camp

I liked the camp as the tutor didn't just tell us the answer but gave us a nudge on how to answer the questions. I gave it 4 stars as it was a very long 6 hours a day almost like a job sitting in front of a screen, but when I went to the funtech hq I met friends and in break interacted.

Thank you FunTech for another great camp. Some of the content was really complex but Hope did a brilliant job explaining it and finding different ways to make sure the students understood it and that the knowledge was properly embedded. And the building challenges were really fun.

Absolutely Awesome!!

I have thoroughly enjoyed this class! I learnt many things, such as loops, functions, data, GUI and more! I also like the project on Wednesday, and I'm excited about the final project I will work on later today (Friday). Also, I'll probably use these in the future soon :)
