funtech is good

it was a good learning

I love using scratch and it was fun

using scratch is fun and gives you experience. also one of the things I like is how many sprite there is compare to the regular scratch. I love how many things there are to do I didn't know

Challenging but interesting and engaging course

This course was fast-paced and challenging at times but overall a great experience. It was well-explained and very interesting, and we were able to learn to program a fairly complex game, with extra time to add our own features to it.

My review

I had a really fun two weeks. I did a python course beforehand and it was really good. I really enjoyed this python gaming course as it meant I could do so much more cool stuff with python.

Minecraft with mods

I liked making my biome and also loved making mods. It was a great experience and I wish to learn more. I also loved making blocks. I also liked making mods. I will hopefully learn more and more about Minecraft. The fighting monsters was really cool and making aurmour and swords.

Great camp!

I really enjoyed this camp. it was a bit challenging but i got really good help.

I really enjoyed my funtech course because I learned a lot about redstone and a lot about Minecraft.
I would give funtech five stars because it was a really fun and enjoyable course to do.
I would definitely do the course again.

FUNtech Lives Up To Its Name

This camp was really fun. I learned lots of things that I would of never knew if §I didn't come to this course. It was hard, but it was also lots of fun. I enjoyed this camp ever so much. I recommend this camp a whole lot.

Overall it was a good learning experience for my daughter.

Roblox

KIAN enjoyed his course and was happy with the techniques he learnt. The only point to mention is that the number of students on the course was more than 8 which I was told was the maximum.

I was playing with him today thinking of how we could build the old 1980's game Asteroids, and he had some good ideas. Thanks for the great camp experience for him.

If there was any constructive feedback it's that there was one day where there was quite a bit of focus on maths which he found tedious, specifically, he didn't feel he learned anything new. Still, we reassured him, it was probably just a day, and the next day he was right back into it.

Our son loved this course, so well organised with great tutors. He was totally engaged and wants to do more fun tech courses.

scratch coding

It was a fantastic experience for my boy age 8 to start with coding, Perhaps the hrs are a bit long for him and he tended to lose focus at the end of the lesson.

Good experience

My son had good learning experience on developing introductory coding skill through the camp. After the camp, he became able to make a game to play and understand how to apply it for the future project. The trainer was very kind and tenacious to take care of my son. Thank you very much.

Wonderful experience

Our 11 year old son had a wonderful time at his 3D Game Design virtual camp this summer. The first day was a bit challenging but thanks to the fantastic support he received from his tutor and the staff he ended up having an amazing time. Thank you so much!

Toby really enjoyed the two week Roblox course and I think it worked well that it was for the few hours on the mornings. He focused really well and I think the tutor was excellent. We also really appreciated that he took the time to give Toby some one to one help before a session after Toby had got behind on the previous day.
The only comment we have is that Toby would have enjoyed more class input as most of the other students had their cameras and microphones off the majority of the time so it was quite an isolated learning experience. He did another virtual course this summer where all the group interacted and did projects in groups together online. You've already addressed this with us however and I totally understand that you cannot require students to turn on cameras and microphones if they are uncomfortable doing so.
