Fun Tech Minecraft Game Coder

I have had so much fun at my FunTech camp. I have learnt so much about coding and Minecraft. I have enjoyed putting my skills toward making my own games and have learnt lots of new things. Ashlei has been a great tutor. I would definitely do another FunTech camp and would recommend it to a friend.

I really enjoyed this course as it was do fun. I had some internet problems over the course of the week(s) but it was still really fun and Just as enjoyable.
The tutor was really helpful too.

I really enjoyed the course. I have never used unreal engine before and now I know so much about it. I did struggle more than the others and when I needed help Alex really helped.

Great Course!

The course was easy to follow and taught me a lot about how to use unreal engine as someone who has never used it before. I enjoyed every lesson.

It was amazing, the teacher was kind, helpful and patient. I learned a lot and had a blast with doing all the fun codes!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves Minecraft and is interested in coding! :D

A Fun Learning Experience

This python game coder was a fun way to learn more about python and how to make slightly more complex games. I loved it.

the past 2 weeks have been really good, ive learnt so much since it started. i didnt even no how to translate oe scale an obJect, now i know how to do soo much more than that, i also didn't even know how to use a blueprint at all, now i know lotsss about blueprints, although i think its impossible for one to know every single thing about blueprints. we worked on variables. branches. Booleans, floats, integers and so much more. by the end we were just doing our own levels with the skills we had used, and if we had a question we would just ask Oliver.

2. Didn't feel like a chore like some things do
3. It made me want to learn more of it

I really enjoyed my FunTech camp because I learned a lot, as well as making new friends. My tutor was also really nice and made the whole thing really enjoyable. 10/10, definitely recomend

BEST CAMP EVER

THIS CAMP WAS BRILLIANT. OLIVER WAS A GREAT TUTOR, AND HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING WELL. WHEN THINGS WENT WRONG HE ALWAYS FOUND A SOLUTION, EVEN IF IT TOOK A FEW DAYS.

Virtual Python Coder

This was an amazing experience to learn a programming language. We had an amazing teacher are signed up for another two courses this summer holiday.

My daughter completed the Python coding course. She had done a similar course with a different provider and I was able to make a direct comparison between the two. This course was much more organised, with the instructors monitoring the pupils' screens to make sure they stayed on track. It was very well structured and there was no 'time filling.' It also held her interest (after the introductory parts which I think she found a bit dull) for very long days.
All in all I think this deserves a 5* review. A very impressively run virtual club.

My daughter enjoyed the holiday camp immensely. Although she had not coded in Python before, she was carefully guided through the concepts and was able to apply what she had learnt and seemed very satisfied with her achievements. She was able to get on with the virtual course independently over the 2 weeks and looked forward to her classes each morning. Her teacher was fun and friendly and she thought he was fantastic. I can always rest assured my children will not be disappointed with a FunTech course.

Thank you Funtech for such an amazing course. My son loved it thoroughly. It was fun and the tutor was very helpful and kind. I am particularly impressed with the set up prior to the start of the course. Funtech staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

This is the second time our 10 year old son attends a virtual course ( it was the minecraft redstone one) and we are already planning the next one!
We are quite pleased with the ease of booking and of communicating ( although I would note that it took a few days to get a response to some technical questions...) and we were kept informed throughout the course about any issues, every time our son would be logged out or if there were any problems at all, very well supervised. Very polite and helpful staff on the other end of the phone if needed.
Our son found the course extremely enjoyable and is very very keen indeed to attend again.

Awesome two weeks and worth every minute

We live in Canada, so despite summer holidays my kid had to get up at 6:30 AM every day to take part, but he loved it so much he even said he had no problems getting up! Wish that were the case for school!! Great course, am hoping they have a PM course for the next level. Well done, great teacher...

Intensive coding course, high standard of teaching, interesting content

My son enjoyed the course very much, was fully immersed in the world of coding for 5 days of virtual teaching, not missing a minute. There was much one on one advice and a high standard of teaching, so he was really motivated to attend each day and complete the project. Thank you!!

The Best Lesson Ever

I really enjoyed learning everything and building are games. I liked that other students can answer your questions. I enjoyed playing other peoples games, we had a good laugh. if there is a level 3, i will definitely want to join. i was lucky to get a great teacher.

I had lots of fun making projects in Roblox studios. Before the club I was getting really bored but in the course I wasn't.

I really enjoyed the course. The teachers were friendly, and patient when they were teaching new things. I learnt a lot and had fun while learning it.

Fun tech python course

I enjoyed learning about printing, loops, maths, nesting and even creating a game of rock paper scissors! I would recommend doing this course and would rate it 5 stars.

Minecraft redstone course with Oli. Great camp!

I had the best time during these two weeks and it has been my favourite activity ever! There were loads of fun times and funny times! I also learnt a lot about gates and Minecraft.

This Python Coder course is absolutely amazing. My tutor is very passionate about coding, and he taught Python very well. Before the course, I knew things like print(), if, for index in range:, input(), some of the Turtle library, and a little bit of the Random library so I found the course easy the first day or two. Now, I know things like multi-dimensional lists, variable types, while loops, string manipulation, counters, and loads more. Every day of my course, I never wanted it to end and when I woke up, I wanted to get on it early. Python is now part of my life.
I LOVE FUNTECH, I LOVE PYTHON, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
