i think that funtech is really good because I learnt a lot of stuff with my tutor.

best tech club ever

I enjoyed the activities in fun tech. they did remove some of the cool activities. i will be recommended this camp to others.

Good job,

I thoroughly enjoyed it, it would have been better if it was more challenging.
This is considering the fact that we got quite ahead as a group and none of us had any prior coding knowledge.

Lego Robotics 2 is fun but when I came I thought we would be building Lego for half the day and coding for the other half the whole week. Turns out we didn't. But the content that we learnt was very useful and I will definitely use the software again, although at one point I was quite angry because the software crashed but my tutor help redo my lost work and made me feel better. The tutors were funny and helped me when the software was buggy. -I would definitely recommend to my friends

I loved FunTech because I have never ever gone to a technology camp and I think that whoever invented FunTech is an amazingly minded person.

Our tutor was nice but pushed us to our limits, and it was hard but worth it. It was challenging and difficult but also helpful. This is one of the more hard working camps I've been too. Our tutor was nice but pushed us to our limits, and it was hard but worth it.
It was challenging and difficult but also helpful. This is one of the more hard working camps I've been too. We had 4 breaks, 3 of which quite short the other one 90 minutes, however when we were exhausted we took short breaks. I gave it 4 stars because in the beginning, you start off with one game and it can be stressful if you get stuck on it, but it was only a little milestone, and Nicholas helped us get through it by encouraging us.
Altogether it was helpful but leaves you fatigued, but definitely worth the drive.

it is a good place to learn touch typing because it as lots of different things to do on 1 website!
It also offers lots more things than touch typing as well.

I really enjoyed the robotics camp because I made lots of friends, I also loved the coding because I've never done real coding before. I learnt loads and loads of new stuff.

You learn a lot and it is fun and you get to build your own robot and fight with it.

Rewarding.

I took this coursed and we learned how to use blender to design our 3D models. The course was very rewarding when we put our beloved characters into a platform game and then printed them out in the 3D printer. I was happy to take mine home.

Hard but Fun

This was a great course, but I found it quite difficult. It was great fun and I really enjoyed it.The software was tricky but I found this week very beneficial.

An excellent course which was well expanded upon by my tutor. He explained all concepts thoroughly and once we had finished, went on to explain other, also very useful concepts. His experience allowed him to tailor the tasks to the student, also to make the course more engaging and interesting, whist keeping it inline with the guidelines of the course. The activities were also exciting and well chosen, due to the fact that there were often opportunities for a choice in the activities.

Program lacks features

The camp was great, staff was nice and knew the work we were trying to do, but the program used (mcreator) lack many features to do relatively simple things (e.g. a amplifier for potion effects) in the version that is available at the camp.

FunTech RESPONSE:
Sorry you didn't enjoy coding. Each day is 8 hours long you have two 15 minute breaks and 90 minutes for lunch, so only coding for 6 hours per day... though we can appreciate that if you did not enjoy it it felt like 10 hours!

I learn't all the basics with help on standby if I needed it. I learn't to code things that would have taken months of lessons in school because the course was devoted to one thing. At lunch and break we went outside and everyone joined in playing games to make sure we didn't hurt our eyes and don't stare at the screen too much.
My only problem with the course was that it became a little repetitive.

Funtech Review (Will Is best)

It's a fun experience, and a "Cool" place for any seeking coder, or just to have fun. But coding for 10 hours Is quite boring, and the breaks could be abit longer, because most people lose concentration (Me defiantly). To be honest James is the best coder, sorry Will :D

I did really do want to come again because it is expensive. The tutor was really good he is really good at teaching.

Mobile Apps review

Funtech is a very good camp. It is very expensive, but its worth the money. The only bad side about this camp is that it is in the first 2 days i found it very boring and it felt like school.

This camp was out of this world!! I really enjoyed walking to the park everyday. Our teachers are really kind and funny. It does get difficult but you learn a lot from it. You make lots of friends at the same time and you end up chatting the whole time! Great atmosphere and experience!

best week ever

The reason why I like FunTech is because it teaches you about computers and apps that I think is FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was a true learning experience with equal amounts of fun and challenge. Our tutors were constantly on the lookout for things we could do to improve our typing whilst also diluting the mistakes with praises. Leaving the site and going for a walk at lunch was a great idea in my opinion because it allowed us to stretch our legs after a tiring few hours at a screen. At lunch we were encouraged to join in with team activities which got us doing a bit of exercise and get to know our fellow typers. I have excelled at an amazing rate and would recommend this course to my friends.
