My son is learning a lot and for what I can see it is very well organised. I was impressed by the quick response of the organisers when I called in with a little concerned.

Java coder

I really enjoyed the course;We've learnt a lot about Java and about how to logicically think about problems,the teachers are nice and try to help you understand the answers to problems instead of just telling to you.

Funtech Java coder was so much fun, I've learnt loads this week and I enjoyed it all, if you're interested in computers in the slightest, you have to go, it's very interesting and there are many courses to chose from.

It is an extremely good course, that should continue for years and years. It was really fun and I enjoyed it very much. The teachers are good and they make it fun so it does not feel like you are in a school.

Very good but can be quite confusing

The Java Coder course is very fun with all the coding and flowcharts and all things to coding. I really liked making a RPG game which would say like: player 1 took 50 damage player 1 has 50 heath left. As this is my first time coding (excluding Scratch and Raspberry Pi 2.0) it was a bit confusing

As this is my first time coding (excluding Scratch and Raspberry Pi 2.0) it was a bit confusing so I got a bit upset but after awhile it got a bit easier.
I would recommend this to children that are into how games work and interested with code.

This year I tried the Java Coder course. At the start of this course I found it quite challenging but felt like I had progressed a lot through the week. the food was lovely and the tutors was really kind. Thank you FunTech!

One day we actually had a barbecue on it we also had ice cream :D !!! The rooms were solo rooms (you are alone in the room). They even had sinks. The computers that we were developing on were very good, the bad thing about the computers was that they didn't have mice so I recommend that anyone who is going on the java course brings they're own mouse. If you're going on the Minecraft course don't worry they have mice.

This was my son's first course with Fun Tech and also with coding. He had a great time and enjoyed the course immensely. The instructors were friendly and approachable too. I have booked him onto another course next week as he loved this one!

Had a great time, tutors were amazing, and an over-all very enjoyable experience. It was as much fun the second time around as the first and I hope to go again a third!

FunTech was a really fun camp. I got to learn loads of interesting things about Java and how to code. the tutors were were helpful and nice. the cores are really cool and fun to do. the only downside is that is expensive.

Review of Java course

The course was very fun and i have learn't a lot while on this course. My instructor (Joe) explained how java worked and the activities were challenging. I found the card examples quite fun and the piece of code that could figure out what was the suit of the card and value, this I found challenging.

A very good summer camp

this summer camp was really interesting, the teachers are really good, helping you if you are behind and helping you during breaks if needed (Markus is the best teacher), I learned a lot and met new people being in an environment full of nerds like me :D

This is a good course to get you started with programming, and there is no knowledge required to start making quite complex programs with many lines of code! Recommended for all ages and computer lovers.

Challenging and fun

I enjoyed the Java coder course because at the start its slightly easy and each day it gets a tiny bit harder and harder. its also good that we get 3 brakes a day one at 10:30 second at lunch time and third at 3:30 and at lunch time we go to the park when its not raining.

FunTech has been a great experience for me. I have been able to learn a lot. The resources are great and the teachers are very nice. The teachers are reliable as they are able to help if necessary.
