I booked my son in for the week long Python course in London. He already had some coding experience but from a couple of years ago so he was definitely out of practise. The course leaders were young but unquestionably knowledgeable and had a lovely rapport with the students from day one. My son found the course pretty much perfect for his level of understanding: it was challenging but not overwhelming and he came away exhausted but thrilled with what he had achieved.

I did a bit of python before, but I wasn't really interested. Now, however, I'm really interested and into it.

I recommend this camp to people who love coding or want to try something new! I found this camp fun and educational and this camp really benefited to my computer science subject at my school. I've learned more than a week than I did at a year of school. The whole camp is very organized and the teachers are very helpful. We watched videos and then coded bits of programming! At the end, we coded a final project and presented it to our parents.

This camp was AMAZING!!!! I learned sooo much and I thought that I learned more about Python in a week than 2 years at school. I had an amazing time with my sister and we always took breaks from the computer and went outside! The instructors were very informative and I had loads of fun coding! For fun zees, we had a little break of kahoot python and it was awesome! I really recommend this camp to teens as it is appropriate and fun! This will really benefit my CS classes in Year 9 as this camp made everything very informative. The reward of this camp is at the end of the week, we created a whole program for our final project and I made a great piece of code with loads of different techniques form the week. Now, I am A BOSS at this! Thank you FunTech (And for my Mom who signed me up) 100% Recommend this camp

Very Useful, learnt lots of things over the five days, starts easy and becomes quite complex, but it is explained amazingly!

I came into this python camp knowing little-to-no python and over the days I have made a calculator, simulated noughts and crosses and created IDs.The teachers go into topics in-depth and regularly check if people understand. The videos and multiple-choice questions help reminding you of key topics and visual representations also aid the learning process. The tasks are challenging but fun and PyCharm is the perfect platform for beginners.

I enjoyed the python course. I learnt a lot for 1 week. I understood it more than when I did python in school. My teacher explained everything really well so everyone understood. Breaktimes were really fun, we played capture the flag.

The course was brilliant

This is my sixth funtech course and this is in my top three favorite courses. I did the python course and learnt a ton of python. The teachers are really nice and kind.

over all I found it really fun and I learned a lot of python over the past 5 days. All the projects I enjoyed coding especially the rock paper scissors challenge. The food here was really good and I loved playing in the games room just before I went to bed.

My Funtech experience

overall it was really helpful towards my gcse and i learnt so much from this course. i basically know a whole two school years of python within five days so it was really beneficial.

My FunTech Experience

I really enjoyed the FunTech Python Coder course. The coding was more advanced than what I had done before, but I understood all the tasks. I particularly enjoyed the projects, such as the Choose Your Own Adventure story, as well as the more complex coding. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

My week at the Funtech Python course has been fun and also educational. I learned how to code basic python and write my own games and programs, and had fun all the while. The teachers were helpful, and didn't hesitate to help when I was struggling with an error. This week at Funtech has inspired me to create my own python projects at home while feeling reassured that I know what to do and how to do it. I've really enjoyed todays lesson, the ability to do what you want with a set task is really nice and piecing together from the week is just like a nice recap. i also think that the individual task is not extremely difficult which again makes it simple and achievable.

Compared to the first course it was as good in quality although harder as it should be and I found that I had to ask the teacher for help for often.

Very useful and interesting

This course has helped me to understand coding skills that I have never been able to understand before. I found the teaching of the code step by step very helpful and the fact that the tutor can see your screen to help you more directly also helped me a lot.

Fun and educational

I had lots of fun working out what to do, and the final projects are challenging to make, but it's rewarding when you finish coding and it works.

Python part 2 review

It was really fun and I enjoyed it a lot! It was a great way for me to learn new skills and put them too the test. I can't wait to do more similar classes in the future! (*^▽^*)

My FunTech Review

I loved especially the last lesson when we made mini game codes and that when I was struggling you helped me understand and that's why I feel like I have learnt something new. I really enjoyed it.

Python 1 & 2

My daughters both did a virtual Python camp this summer. Both very good and for my elder daughter it was the third Funtech camp. The tutors are always very pateince and I had the impression that a lot of feedback from the previous years had been taken on. Thanks again Funtech.
