Really interesting course. I love how it always keeps you engaged in the session and it is so much fun. I really enjoyed each different challenge/task we had to do as it really helped make sure we understood the new material we learnt and also pushed us out of our comfort zone. Every time I got lost, I always got help and I was made sure I didn't misunderstand anything. Looking forward to part 2!! :)

Great Python Course

From 2 courses of 10 days total, i've learnt so much about python. Instead of just printing basic text, its now possible for me to make some basic games. For week 2 in particular, it was more so based around small games instead of just usage of certain functions of python.

I enjoyed my experience and I feel it was the right amount of difficulty for someone such as myself. I found the environment on the coures fun and reliable which allowed me to express weather i need help as some one with a short memory without feeling embarrassed, although there were some struggles during the coures all we over come with help from the tutor. I personally really enjoyed the designing aspect when creating a game and i found it really interesting to go into a Roblox game the next day and be able to spot how they made the mechanic work in game, i have and will recommend it to friends and family and hope i come back in the future.

Really Good!

This a really good course if your 11-16 and have nothing to do in the summer. The course is about coding in roblox studio and it is 3:30hours long (9:00am - 12:30pm). If your intrested in Lua coding then do this course. I found it good

Very good lessons and I learnt how to code do simple and harder codes within a 5 day period.
I now know how to code objects now and I also can make games now that I used to not be able to make.
Great teacher as well as they helped us out if we were struggling.

I found this course extremely interesting, all the content was new to me and the tutors were amazing at explaining everything. I found that each term we were learning different things and it was nice to be able to link them all together at the end. I particularly enjoyed the final term where we looked at AI, Sound and Effects which allowed you to polish projects. I thought that throughout the content was extremely well explained, often going into depth as to why we do things rather than just how and never found it to be rushed through. If I found anything confusing the tutors were sure to help me with it or recap if needed. All the projects were really well structured and by the end of each term I felt confident in each area!

I loved the Minecraft coding course, the teacher was the best of the best joint with all the other teachers he was so kind and now I feel like I am a redstone pro! I leant lots of new things in Minecraft not only in redstone. And I hope he enjoyed it to! : )

it was fun and it was great to expand on my red stone knowledge. The tutor was very supportive and if we finished before anyone else there was always a task to do so we were always active and enjoying the red stone engineer coarse

Overall my experience with fintech was fantastic, of course it there were areas i found challenging, but i absolutely loved it and hope to do it more in the future!!

My boys were very happy with the week long virtual sessions, the classes were engaging and fun, they learnt a bunch of new things and generally had a great time.

Python part 1

The python course was very good, and engaging. My son enjoyed the camp very much, and it worked very well virtually too. He is now signed up to the part 2 python course.

First Year at Funtech A Level

Very good first year being taught the year 1 content for CompSci A-Level. The lessons were intresting and it rarley felt boring or slow-paced. Looking forward to completing my NEA in the coming month as well.
