I had a great week at fun tech as we got to play fun games and we were learning at the same time.
It was great fun also having a bit of a break to go to the park and play some football .
I had so much fun and now i have learnt the whole keyboard!
Now i can just get faster.
I made new friends and everyone in my group were doing well.
Hopefully everyone will become masters at touchtyping.
it is so fun and i would definetly reccomend this camp for anyone who is keen to touchtype.

I learnt a life skill which I will remember for the rest of my life,thanks to Funtech , i would highly recommend it . Sophie my tutor was great, she was kind and made sure we were using the right fingers whilst reminding us not to look at the keyboard .

I first joined a bit too late and I had never done coding before so I struggled a LOT, but I had my friends with me witch they helped me and I was getting bored until I found out NOTES. My friend wrote down notes so she wouldn't get stuck (I got stuck a lot) so one day I said to my mum ''can I sit next to Sophie (my friend) so I did and then just like that I could copy from her notes and I loved coding and hacking ips and passwords and accounts became soooo much easier and of 'course' (bad pun :) and the camy was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCH FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really enjoyed this camp it taught me a very useful life skill as typing comes up in many jobs and businesses. It is very exciting and fun tech teaches touch-typing in a very fun and thorough way making you understand it. It is great.

Really (times 100, don't want to type that much) good camp, i have a lot of stuff on Python. I don't really prefer to use Python before the camp, now after I know how to design games and spam stuff on the screen, I think I will use Python as much as i can from now on ( even though I might change my mind....). i also want to thank the two tutors, Peter and Clement, who helped me (and saving me from annoying errors) a lot during the week.
the lunch games were fun as well, even though our team got smashed by other team in 'capture the flag' game, i quit halfway through the game by just walking into the prison (which is unexpectedly fun), and my team got smashed more.

i think what need to be improved is the video of the tutorial, the robot in the video type extremely fast (at least a 1000 word per second...), and no one can follow its speed, i hope there is some bugs and hacks to stop it typing that fast...

Overall this is one of the best camp... in Game developing... no...the BEST camp in game developing and probably one of the best camp i have ever joined! )

I loved it so much and i will definitely come again to future camps. The teachers are super nice, funny and clearly know what they are doing!!! To sum it up all into a string of sentences if someone is reading this then i definitely recommend it. The teachers are very encouraging and it's a really nice environment to work in. I am leaving this camp today, but over the course of the week I have gone from 5 words per a minute to 28 words per a minute. They do other fun stuff like go to a park and play football. Most of the teachers join in with a football match and make it really enjoyable for all the campers.

At first we had to work super hard in the 2 first days and we knew the whole keyboard by then, but the last days we went to the Funtech website and we progressed with complex games that make you want to hurl the computer out the window because they are so incredibly superbly hard but once you finally finish it you feel like the whole world has just grown wings. But back to Funtech. Funtech makes you work super hard but it worth it when you can type without looking at the keyboard. But you aren’t in one room the whole time. We go to Regents Park and we have 3 breaks just to relax outside or play football or have a snack. My teacher was strict with us at first but she has a sense of humour and she soften when we progressed. Sophie was a great teacher and just because she is xx doesn’t mean she isn’t mature. She really helped me so thank you Sophie. Usually I hate camps but for the first time I think I maybe probably enjoyed it. Oh wow. I don`t think I’ve ever liked a camp before. That really changes your point of view. But back to camp. Camp was really fun and even though when I first came I was just like “Na. This isn’t goanna do”. But you know. Learn what the camp does. Try what the camp does. That’s how it goes with most camps but for the first time I didn’t die! I had a really good and I learned something for the rest of my life!

Funtech Cyber Security: Hackathon

The perfect camp if your are interested in hacking. The only problem is that is recommended for relatively young people who may not be able to keep up since the class goes quite fast. But for people who can keep up this is great since the information is delivered efficiently.

This is an amazing camp,you can learn so many amazing things to do with Minecraft.
Throughout the summer camps i have been to this one is the best.
Once again this experience was absolutely amazing.

It was the BEST summer camp EVER! I love minecraft so its easily a 5/5. This was the best time of my LIFE and it was rely worth the 400$.

FunTech Camp

I liked this camp but I found that the pace was quite fast and would recommend only going if you already know quite a lot about python and the code needed to create games.

I have really enjoyed this course. At the end you create a game that is a bit like Space Invaders. It really makes you appreciate the complex games you play at home. It is perfect for anyone, whether you have prior knowledge of Python or not. If you know about Python you might find the first day a bit slow but just use your time to create your own things. The instructors were really helpful and if you need help or want to be stretched you have the freedom to do whatever you can imagine and they will help. I was able to create additions to my game with the help of Peter, the instructor, who was really helpful. I made some really good friends and we had so much fun! It is amazing to think that from nothing we created such a good game in only a week!

Learned So Much!

Really interesting. I learned so much and the Tutors were really helpful.

Great for a taster, not so for intermediate or advanced

I quite like this camp and thoroughly enjoyed but it just scratches the surface. The videos were fast paced, it is intended to make it exciting and to motivate children to do more python

Good Camp Experience

I had good fun coding my own, personal Python Game. The instructors were friendly and I had a lot of fun during breaks and coding sessions.

Cyber Security Hackathon

It was a really incredible experience, I learnt so much from the basics of linux to hacking a computer through a web-link. Our teacher James was so nice, helpful and incredibly smart . 100/10

i really enjoyed learning how to use the linux interface and learning or use the various linux commands to hack into various servers and download files off them and create viruses
