Action-packed course with friendly staff on-hand

Plenty of material in the course to keep anyone occupied for a week! Friendly tutors, especially Freya who helped me catch up despite all my technical issues which really helped me progress. Support team very handy and the screensharing app is extremely helpful. Highly recommend FunTech!!

I just finished the FunTech online coding camp and it was fantastic. The lessons were very clear and the instructor was always there to help. The projects and practice challenges made everything click, and I feel I learnt so much over such a short time. I feel so much more confident in my coding skills. I highly recommend this camp for anyone wanting to improve their coding quickly!

Unity Camp

The course taught me a lot about how to use unity and create games, and was well explained. It was very fun learning how to use Unity and I had a great time.

My Funtech course

I have really enjoyed it this week. When I started I wasn't that good at redstone and I really think that this has really helped me get better. Overall this has been grate and I have really enjoyed building my maze and I've had a lot of fun.

SUPER GOOD

I loved learning about unity and C#, i found it fun, interesting and all around great. Freya was really helpful and if i ever needed help he would be there in a flash.

The coding was fun. The activities were challenging, but I was given support when I needed it. This also helped me with my computing GCSE, because I learned new things and revised older things.

From beginner to expert, this camp has it all! I learned so much in this course, even more advanced stuff like XOR and IMPLIES logic gates!

101% recommending this course to anybody, whether you know Minecraft, or you don't.
They even give you some time to build some of your own things, like mazes, rollercoasters, houses, and sometimes even with redstone in it!

I have had so much fun, even though I have spent 5 years playing Minecraft I (previously) knew nothing about redstone, well that was until this came along!

Thank you SO much FunTech for this camp! It was so, so, so worth it and parents, you should 100% get this course for your child!

Python Programming FunTech - Aksharra

I really liked FunTech's approach to beginner coding in Python. With the support from the staff and the detailed videos I comprehended this programming language extremely fast.

Fun and appropriately challenging.

I had a lot of fun during the course and learnt a lot. I liked the fact that there were harder extensions after the main learning.

Engaging

I found these sessions fun because of the lovely layout of the course, with engaging questions and activities to back up the fun and useful concepts we learned!

my course was amazing and it was very useful. the teacher i had was very friendly and helpful and over all it was a great course.

Unity

It was a great camp where I expanded my knowledge of using Unity, along with plenty of challenges and extensions to test it out. The recap challenges and the final project at the end were a fun way to review everything I'd learned throughout the course.

This was actually one of my favourite courses I have done at FunTech, it amazed me how much we covered however how much we could actually understand (which was all of it). This was due to the excellent tutor explaining every topic in detail and answering any of our questions, as well as the well-structured course that gradually gets harder and harder. While it may not teach you how to make a trending 2024 3D game, it teaches you the basics in depth to allow to you progress and possibly even make a trending game in the (far) future.

Competent

It was nice. I found it rather difficult, but I think that was just Python being Python, though it got easier towards the end. I think my coding skills significantly improved.

Great for beginners

Before this camp I barely knew how to write one line of code. Now I can make many things such as calculators, games, and other useful tools using python. Would recommend.

FunTech reveiw

I went to the funtech camp for 1 week. I enjoyed it a lot, made lots of friends and learnt a lot of things. On the second day, I was struggling to keep up with the class, but when I asked the teacher for help I was immedietly assisted and got help for the rest of the week. Amazing. -5 Stars

From day 1, this course was entertaining and very informative: we had gone from coding newbies to python masters! We began with simple exercises, such as basic formatting and list making, and as the course went on, we started to go onto progressively more complex stuff, such as loops and algorithms, which was quite a challenge. Our tutor, Ethan, was also very helpful and supportive and gave us personal information. Overall, I felt that this course was very informative and helpful for giving a boost in my coding career.

The staff was amiable and Ethan was able to aid me in my learning experience, sometimes I had a problem or query, and he came to me and explained it thoroughly to me so I could understand. The curriculum was structured well and I could learn a plethora of Python and understand it- I have gained so much knowledge and experience of Python.
