Fun Tech is fun as the experience is calm and the teaching is good . I feel like coming to this course , i have learnt a lot of stuff because when i came i had no idea about what java was.No i know stuff like functions and arrays.

If i could improve i would make break and lunch have more activists as all there was only a ball .
Also more space would be better as the area was full with other people from different camps.

I like that you could freely participate in the class ,I've definitely learnt a lot in my weeks course and that I hope that I can do more of this in other courses in Funtech. This has been a very enjoyable week and I hope that I can learn more of this in other camps . Also, the tutors are very friendly and they can explain what you can improve on and give you more challenges that you can do to make you understand the language more efficiently. The classroom is a very adaptable environment and I've made a lot of friends there.

I have enjoyed this camp! I have enjoyed learning a new programming language and the teachers here are friendly. I would recommend this camp to anyone who would like to have fun while learning something exciting.

Overall very good

It was fun learning how to use java and implementing it into coding language. I hope I can do it again...

Good

FunTech has taught me a lot about java and coding and it may benefit me for the future. However after 3 days of doing it it starts to get boring because you don't really do anything that different. On the other hand, its was overall good because they teach you a lot about java.

I think that the coding was very interesting but sometimes the order of each task was a little confusing.

Educational and amazing!

I love Fun Tech because they taught me everything I needed to know about Java and also gave me helpful tips along the way. This week has been full of fun yet I learnt soooo much! With help arriving whenever my hand shoots up, I have had every question and problem answered and solved.

It was a good course and I learnt a lot of facts; this allows me to honestly give 4 stars, as the course was great but I, however did get bored of the course at times.

Java Course Review

It was okay at first, but as the week progressed it started to get a lot more interesting, and the work gradually started to challenge you more. The staff are nice, but the safety is over the top for people of my age. Overall very enjoyable, would recommend.

It was a worth while camp going to as i can use this programming in my computer science lessons at school as i am taking it as a GCSE next year. I think Java coding has really helped with my overall coding knowledge. In my opinion i would recommend anyone to take this course!

Ultra cool camp

I have really enjoyed doing the java course and I have learnt lots. Our teacher Alex has helped me through the week and even though it has been a little hard I thought it was incredible.

I found this very fun and it was easy and hard at the same time. I think that it was the best camp ever it was good as well.
I think that this was very fun as we got to make our own games and we got to make new classes for new games and new topics. I really.

Fun Course

It was Fun as Our Tutor Alex was very nice and we learned lots of thing like how to make a random number generator in java.

Best week of my life !

A mix of learning and having fun, with lots of excitement. The tutors are also very nice, helpful and kind . When you don't understand they
calmly explain and they don't get angry.

I learned a lot from this camp - all the basics and structure of java - and I really enjoyed it. However, during breaks and lunch I was bored quite a lot of the time as there wasn't much to do and it was too sunny to go out in the sun. I learned a lot from this camp - all the basics and structure of java - and I really enjoyed it. However, during breaks and lunch I was bored quite a lot of the time as there wasn't much to do and it was too sunny to go out in the sun. Also when I had finished the challenges and tasks, the tasks etc - that were meant to be completed were quite monotonous and they usually were either too easy or took lots of effort which meant that the majority of the time I wasn't able to finish them. Despite this, I learned a huge amount from this camp and am sure that this will help me in the future. I especially liked the way that the materials and skills were taught - first the challenges and tasks were then consolidated by the tutor and if I needed any help, whether about the task or in general about java, the tutor was always there to help. I also liked that everything that we do in class we get to take home to reflect on it.

Funtech is great for learning and fun

Funtech teaches me how to code in Java despite me not even knowing what it is at the beginning. The videos they use are very helpful and good for people learning different skills. I would really recommend coming and check it out.

At the beggining, I didn't know how you code java. Our tutor (Joe) made it really easy to do Java. I rate it 5!!!!!

For my first time using Java I found it quite simple to understand because the videos where very helpful but the music needs to be changed or stopped as it is quite distracting whilst you are trying to listen to the person speak.

This was my first time coding with Java and I learned a lot such as variables, branching switches and arrays. At some times I found it hard to understand and quite challenging but then I got the hang of it and enjoyed it. Every day is filled with many activities and challenges but there are breaks and every day we went to a nearby park to split up the day. I enjoyed the experience and would recommend it.

I think that the camp is very interesting and the array of activities that they offer is very good! Also I think that the tutors (and mine especially) are very sociable and really help you with your learning.
What I think that FunTech could improve on is, that the videos that explain the activity that you are doing could be a bit more clearer so that if its the students first time doing the activity that they are doing for the first time they could understand it a bit more.
Overall I think that FunTech is a great summer camp as it involves activities that you might have not thought you could have ever done, and i would definitely reccomend it to anyone that wants to come here!

Amazing Java Coder Course

its was very good before this coarse i didn't know how to code and now i know how to turn it into a calculator and a higher or lower amd it is quite fun.

This camp was really GOOD. It helped me to learn more about JAVA/COding. The teachers her were so nice, they were really funny and they interacted with us.

When I first came here I knew nothing about Java and I never even heard the word. My aim was at the end of the course was to have a fun time and learn Java and hopefully utilize Java. FunTech made me achieve my aim by giving me and everyone else a great environment to learn and have fun. Even, when I was struggling my teacher helped me and step by step explained what each bit had to do with Java and what they would program. At lunch, they would take us out and we would activities which I enjoyed a lot. In total, this camp was very fun in all aspects and I have excelled my knowledge at Java thanks to FunTech.
