I found the fun tech course really good.
I had a great time and I really want to
go back.

it was AMAZING!!!!

it was amazing because we got to learn more about Redstone machines and we got to play lots of games including games that other people made.

Redstone Engineering

i give it 5 stars because the tutor pays a lot of attention to us and shows us every thing In time so we can make other things like bedwars maps, escape rooms, and we get to learn about or hates and gates nand gates and many more. It is also really fun so I rate it 10/5

Great Fun

This course is very fun to do and I have found it to be very educational.

learning to touch type

made alot of progress in the past few days, touchtyping wise and had lots of fun with all the students and instuctors. struggled on some of the games though. HONOURABLE MENTIONS: Indi, my blonde broski, supplied my with great humour, fantastically fabulous singing, epic gaming knowledge and.....

Indi, my blonde broski, supplied my with great humour, fantastically fabulous singing, epic gaming knowledge and.... alright dancing. he deserves a huge praise for giving me a beutiful 14 orange/peach (tbh i not sure) stickers + 8 grape stickers. but hairbands should be banned

kayleigh, the female harry potter, was very fun until she clumsily lost her voice which to be honest wasnt that helpful. but i think she might need to go back funtech skl and learn abit more about original cake

deveena, the short one, didnt have the best punctuality due to how she kept one jumping in and out of intense lesson, i would also aprreciate if she was abit more generous with her token donations.

all in all i got to level 11 and had the highset highscore in the buildings, so therfore diserve trois amazon gift cards

was the kids and bussin bussin in uno. and allow a certain member of the communtity to win a very easy game of mario.

Ethan enjoyed his course and has asked me to sign him up for the next level. I found the half day sessions works well as his concentration diminishes as the day progresses.

My son has just had a fantastic week learning to make Roblox Games. His teacher Mide was just brilliant and made the week fun and engaging. We were lucky to have a very small group which I think made it even better.
My only criticism is the disappointment that no certificate is given out at the end and neither was there a T-shirt at the end as was given and I believe promised as part of the marketing.

Fantastic course!

My son absolutely loved this course and the best thing about it was he learned some real engineering concepts, not just pure basic Minecraft. His tutor was excellent and engaging. This is the second course he has done with Funtech and it will not be the last. Thank you Funtech!

The boys thoroughly enjoyed the two weeks of game design. So that’s the main thing! Having done the python coding course last holiday, I was expecting slightly more coding to this course (I believe essentially there was none). I think I had hoped that this would have been a great way to engage the boys in coding, as it would be based on gaming. We will definitely come back for more though, so if you have any bright ideas for the perfect fit, let me know!

Fantastic experience for my 15 year old

My son has really enjoyed his coding camp - he said ‘ it was great tech with fun attached’ He appreciated challenges and the learning but also enjoyed lots of play in between. Opportunities for extra stretch with great support were presented. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Course for the kids

The Python OOP course was a fantastic week for the kids. They came home excited about what they learnt each day and were enthusiastic about what they were going to learn next.

Alexandra has thoroughly enjoyed Minecraft Redstone. The course was engaging, well organised and well put together. The group size was just right and the tutor was very knowledgeable and competent. This was her first virtual camp having previously done physical camps, but the experience and quality were exactly the same. It is great to have the optionality of both virtual and physical camps and the options of 2 weeks or 1 week of virtual camps.

Outside the camp, the staff at Funtech are always very friendly and extremely helpful, with endless patience for silly IT questions! This is our fifth year of doing Funtech and we are already looking forward to next summer's courses!

Very engaging program

Although 3.5 hrs daily and virtually, the kids were very focused and engaged, having truly learned in a hands on environment. Strongly recommended.

My son really enjoyed his Virtual Minecraft course. He learned lots of new skills, including elementary programming, and loved being able to design his own mods. This course kept him entertained whilst we were working from home, and he continued working on his own after the course too. He shared his new mods with us at lunch and in the evenings, and I had to learn a whole new set of Minecraft terminology. I can highly recommend it.

My daughter loves Minecraft and everything about it so when I saw this class on Mods for Minecraft I was immediately interested. The admin team has been great sorting out all questions and guiding me through the booking process. What's great is that you can use your childcare vouchers to pay for the classes. The teacher of the class was great and helped my daughter every time she needed it. She was the youngest in the class so she needed quite a bit of support but FunTech and the teacher were supportive and she managed to complete the class and be even more enthusiastic about Minecraft!

My son went on the Python Coder day camp, which he loved. It is the only holiday course he has ever done which he said he would like to go back to. I was also delighted that he came home each day having done lots of running around in his break times. All in all a great success with lots of learning.

My favourite course to date! Brilliant Ideas from our tutor Oliver. He was very helpful and patient with us when we made a mistake. Definitely would recommend to anyone who likes Minecraft and Redstone. 11/10 Great Course Brilliant Tutor (give that man a raise)

The final review

I had a lot of fun over the two weeks that i did the summer coarse and from someone who knew nothing about java at the beginning should tell you i had an excellent teacher and now i know a lot about coding and i hope i get to do this again.

I liked the lessons a lot and I learnt very cool things. The lessons were fun and interesting, and when you are stuck the tutor helps you out so you are never behind.

Ai machine learning course

This course was a great learning experience and will benefit me for both the short term and long term. The challenges will get your brain moving and it is filled with fun just like the name suggests.

it was good although it was tricky and annoying at sometimes but i really enjoyed it and i also enjoyed making friends along the way

A lot of the things covered during the course felt rather confusing, however the tutor would always be open to help and would always do walkthroughs to make sure everyone understood and would stop for one person if they didn't understand. Good course all-round.

Lots of fun

In this Funtech class I had lots of fun and learnt a lot about coding in python. I would recommend it to other children who want to learn how to code.
