Best Course Ever!!!!!

I really loved this course!! I first came last year to do minecraft redstone and loved it! So now i'm planning to come here every summer just for this course and I really reccomend everyone to come here

Great!!!

This was a great course which was really education and fun on the same time. We were assisted by Adrian Mihalache who helped us through the work.He was also a fun teacher who made us laugh most of the time.

Joe is a patient considerate and thorough tutor and my son really enjoyed his first experience with Funtech on his first week ever. I really feel that learning Java has given Luca a deeper understanding which he can now carry forward, in order to learn and enjoy other courses. Joe always managed to keep his cool and explain anything which i as a parent didnt understand if i had any questions. He is polite and helpful and made sure he went through as much of what Luca learned with myself present at the end of the week, as he had time for; also on a daily basis if there was anything myself or Luca needed to know. He made us aware of the fact that Java can be challenging and found ways round teaching it effectively to Luca for his age and understanding level.

He has learnt so much and can't wait to carry on at home improving the skills hes learnt.
He has especially liked the Tutors Kwaku and Yuvesh who have been very clear with instruction and been very supportive throughout the week. He is keen to do another course next summer which we will have no hesitation signing him up for. We were a bit worried as he is only 10 if it would be at a suitable level but Jacob has managed to keep up with the rest of the class and thrive on the knowledge he has learnt. Big thank you for a great week.

Over the course of five days I learnt the basics of java programming with help from to teachers Yuvesh and Kwaku. I spent a week at Funtech, and did java coder. The course was really interesting, and I learned a lot. I made quite a few friends and the accommodations were awesome. They had Wifi and we got our OWN rooms! We didn't even have to clean them! All the computers come equipped with minecraft and all kinds of other games, so we could have fun when we weren't working. The only problem I can think of was the food, but it was better then some other camps I have been to. Definitely planning to come next year.

I had a very good time here and I learnt a lot about java coding.There were a lot of fun activities that you do in between lessons like bouncy castles and Total Wipout activites.I recomend coming here becouse it is a lot of fun.

Fun fun and more fun @ the funtech camp

Very fun even if on the Java camp, but more fun when residential, as you could do the activities,
play more Minecraft and Agar.io, and have fun. Everybody is nice and cool. Lots of fun and worth the money. Awsome!

Java Coder

all though it was more boring than the last camp I went to (Minecraft Redstone) but it was still very interesting. Both of my tutors (Illyass and Catt ) were very nice. I enjoyed it very much and hope I can come back next year.

I have been before, however both times they have gone above and beyond my expectations. I would really recommend it other children, who want to become a coder and/or learn the logics of minecraft. The rooms which I slept in were really comfortable, and I was always close to an adult. 10/10, 100...

I came into Javacoder thinking Java was a very hard language to learn, but after the first day went home feeling confident that Java was going to be great fun. I learnt a great deal over the week and had lots of fun solving puzzles and I managed to make a few games as well! After day 4 I knew that I could make great deal of useful programs and knew al the basics of Java. By day 5 I had made some great programs which I could show off and be proud of, it was an experience I will remember for the rest of my life.

I think it is a very good course with very good able teachers that are very kind and helpful and go through all the stages very thoroughly which really improves your learning with many techniques.

My Review

I loved the teaching methods, the explanations needed to be listened to 2 times to get it or at least I did. Although I think that we should have a little bit more free-time.

It is a really good place to sharpen up existing skills and developing new ones.

I had IIyass and Cat has my teachers and whenever I had a problem, one of them would always come to assist me. I've been coming to FunTech for a couple of years now and not once has FunTech failed to live up to it's standards. I've enjoyed FunTech so much that not only have a dragged friends here but they have stayed themselves. I've done many courses and all of them are exciting making FunTech feel less like a school and more like a large group of friends that teach each other different things. All the staff are nice and I've never felt like I'm being ignored. All round, I would recommend FunTech to anyone that was interested in learning different things.,

My time at Funtech was an enjoyable one filled with learning and challenges.
I liked the challenge that coding presented and then the sense of achievement when your program works.

It was good because of card game on the computer we made

Java coder was fun, I liked my tutors Lloyd and William. I also liked doing the card game and Thursday where we did the card game.

Our teachers William and Lloyd were great fun and very clever, I learnt a lot and it was a really great week and it was a good balance of challenging topics!!!
