The course was gr8 m8 I r8 8/8. It provided ample sleeping spots and my teacher was an above average pillow provider. He taught us what everything in the code did and had an acceptably filled meme bank. We used the Unity engine (Ironic that this course is in the UK then...) which is used by many professional developers. Having used Java before (and Unity using C#) the scripting seemed familiar and it was helpful that all the code was explained. In the end our teacher was a great speaker DJ and I am glad that I now know how to wait while Oculus doesn't work.

Throughout the week, I learned a lot about how to use the Unity Engine as well as how to write scripts using c#. When I started the course I only had knowledge of Java, but as the week progressed, I learned about the similarities between Java and c#, allowing me to learn not only about Unity, but also how to program in c#. The teachers and staff are knowledgeable about their respective courses and more than helpful when I encountered problems.

My son really enjoyed his week, put his programming skills into practice and most importantly had fun!!

This is amazing!!!

Game Pro was really fun, if just a little disorientating. Mike was a good teacher, as he waited for us to catch up before moving on, and we managed to get really far ahead of where we were supposed to be.

Having been to many Funtech summer camps I can honestly say that this is the best one. The tutor (Mike) was extremely helpful and we completed everything well ahead of schedule which meant there was extra time to spend on the games we made and just having some fun. The course was highly enjoyable,

The course was highly enjoyable, well structured and most importantly very enjoyable. Using the Oculus Rift for the first time was mind-blowing.
Well done Funtech.

I really enjoyed this course as it was interesting to learn C# and apply it to the context of VR and Unity. Maarten was very good and helpful.

I enjoyed this camp a lot and would definitely recommend this GamePro course! Although there were some problems with Unity upon occasion, this would be expected when using more advanced equipment and coding and the tutor was very helpful.
