Roblox Coding Classes & Courses Near You This Year

Each summer, FunTech run Roblox coding courses at a range of locations in the London area and south of England. Our classes give kids aged 9 to 12 the opportunity to code with Roblox in a fun and structured environment.

Whether your kid is new to the gaming platform or already has experience in programming, our Roblox coding courses will teach them invaluable skills – not just video game design.

Your child will come away from the daily coding camp having made new friends, learnt how to collaborate in teams and be leaders. It could help them to decide that coding is going to be their future career!

We currently have availability on our camps in these locations this summer. Book early to avoid disappointment as spaces do fill up very quickly.

You can access all the dates and booking details on this link.

What’s in the coding course?

The coding class starts with an introduction to Roblox Studio where your child sets up their project. They then progress onto designing and building their own Roblox obstacle course filled with moving platforms, explosive hazards, and more.

Our tutors will then go to a deeper level, with an introduction to programming concepts and learning more advanced coding techniques.

After adding the finishing touches (power-ups, of course!) they’ll learn how to publish their game and share it with friends. Then it’s time for the masterpiece: a kart racing game.

Roblox Game Maker provides a world of possibility that can help your child unleash their creativity and build skills for the future using a game they already know and love.

Why kids learn better in classes than home alone

Why would you choose Roblox coding courses over your child learning at home by themselves?

  • Our tutors give the kids directions and goals, designed to ensure they unlock their own potential and that of the Roblox platform.
  • Kids are challenged more due to the classroom environment and being sat with their peers who share their passions.
  • Classroom teaching makes kids think more critically as their have the opportunity to discuss and converse live with others.
  • Roblox coding classes also improve social skills versus your child only developing bonds and friendships in an online environment.
