Thoroughly enjoyed!

My son thoroughly enjoyed his week long half day Minecraft Mod Developer Part 1 virtual week and wants to book onto Part 2 during his next school holiday. Tutor was excellent. Giving the course 5 stars as all was very good indeed.

When I signed my daughter up for Minecraft Mod Developer 1, I was worried that 3.5 hours would be too long and she'd be bored and restless well before the end of the week. I couldn't have been more wrong! She was completely absorbed for every minute and by day 2 she was asking if she could do Part 2

When I signed my daughter up for Minecraft Mod Developer 1, I was worried that 3.5 hours would be too long and she'd be bored and restless well before the end of the week. I couldn't have been more wrong! She was completely absorbed for every minute and by day 2 she was asking if she could do Part 2. She's just completed that and she has loved every second :) It's been lovely hearing her chatting away whilst we're working and popping up in breaks to tell me what a brilliant time she's having. I'm amazed by what she's achieved and she's thrilled to bits with it all. She tells me the tutors have been lovely and really good at explaining how to do things and at helping them when they get stuck. She's thoroughly enjoyed the interaction with the small group of other children on the course. The administration team have also been super friendly and very helpful. It's been great for us to be able to get on with our work knowing our daughter's happy and without needing to take her somewhere and pick her up. Both parents and daughter would highly recommend these courses. Thank you FunTech for a great couple of weeks :)

Alexandra has really enjoyed the camp. She has done various Funtech camps over the years and they are consistently of a very high standard. The camps are very well organised, there is a good ratio of tutor to attendees and the tutors are all very engaging and knowledgeable. We are very impressed with Funtech which is why we keep coming back every year. This year, we have really liked the format of part time virtual camps - this has been great in breaking up the day and giving the children a very worthwhile activity where they are learning a lot. Great course

I think its a very good idea with this course and you can learn a lot of stuff. Tutor is great and doing a great job teaching the kids. Easy to learn, the interface of the program looks good and easy to use. defensively will do the next course as well. Lucas enjoys it! Thank you so much.

FUNTECH minecraft rview.

Overall it was an immersive experience that gave me many things that even as an adult will greatly help me. I got to create blocks ,OP tools ,instant Regen armor, lightning staffs, explosive hammers and crystles . From pixel art to 70% spawn rate, theirs something for you.

I really enjoyed Minecraft MOD Developer. It was really cool! If I had the choice to do it again I would over and over! I most enjoyed making our textures for our things. Although making blocks do stuff like making them explode and spawn entities was hard, I really enjoyed that too! 5 stars from me!

Endless hours of fun

Our son is a huge Minecraft fan, but had never been intrigued to attend any camp until this one. He loved every second of it and is begging to take Part 2!

I thought 3.5hrs might be too long but if his attention did wander the tutor was great at pulling him back in. We had one incident where he got upset and wouldn’t talk to anyone. The tutor Christopher discreetly contacted head office who called me repeatedly until I answered. This was hugely appreciated and I felt the team really cared. I was working from home so was then able to go and get my child sorted. 200% recommend! We will be back for the advanced level camp soon.

This is definitely the best course I have ever done! The tutor was nice, and fun, and we got to make our own personalised mods. The lessons were the right pace and I never fell behind. 5 stars, Funtech !

it was sooooooooooooooo fun! on the first day it was just how do do stuff so a bit boring:(, but they made up for it by showing us how to make a ton of stuff!!! I even made custom dimensions and an infinity goblet! my review is10\10 :) BEST!WEEK!EVER! ps. the teacher was super nice pps.can,t w

I enjoyed making food, biomes, animals & etc. it was really fun and I learned a lot.

For us there was no option to do a residential or day camps as we live abroad now so the virtual course gave him the opportunity to do something that he loves in his mother tongue.

Fun and educational with great tutor support

Felix had a brilliant time on the Minecraft Mod course. He'd never done anything like this before and we were a bit worried that it would be too much for him or not engaging enough to keep him seated but he was up at the crack of dawn every morning raring to go.

The course was well structured, age appropriate, and when things got a bit confusing his tutor was quick to reassure and help. When he accidentally deleted everything he'd created his tutor went above and beyond to recover his work for him which was much appreciated.

Felix learnt a lot, gained new confidence in creating his own characters, blocks and objects in Minecraft and has been using all his screen time since making more.

Many thanks for a great couple of weeks.
