Lego robotics camp

My son has enjoyed the Lego robotics camp with fun tech, he talks about what he has learned and wanted to book sessions. Staff at Barbican location are very friendly and organised. Thank you so much.

A lot of fun!

Ayesha really enjoyed camp. She built her skills, learnt new things and built something everyday. She wants to do it again.

Best club for my son

Nicolas, who is 8, thought it was the best class ever. He enjoyed learning something new and exploring technology. He thought the teachers were really good and fun. Nicolas missed the first day as we were travelling back from abroad and the teachers helped him to catch up and were very accommodating

Excellent course

Elgin enjoyed the camp very much and went to the camp happily all week.All the kids were very happy and proud of the result of their work during the show on the last day.Great experience and definitely recommended.

my son had a fantastic time this week - I was not sure how he would take to the camp as in the past he has only attended sports camps but he was excited to go in every day and is already planning his next tech camp

Wonderful time for kids!

My son went on this course and has raved about it each night as to how much fun it was. Not just the building of a robot but the learning about how to program the robot and make him do what he wants. I have no doubt that he has loved all the learning that he has done.

My daughter Tabitha really enjoyed the course and came home full of beans every day. She was very keen to tell me how much she had learned and really liked all the building and playing with new types of lego. She wants to be an engineer and this course really reinforced that ambition.

Fun and motivating course, highly recommendable

I found this camp a wonderful experience for our 12 yo this summer. Even though we were on vacation he would wake up very early every morning, so full of excitement and impatient he was to get to the workshop. I found this camp a wonderful experience for our 12 yo this summer. Even though we were on vacation he would wake up very early every morning, so full of excitement and impatient he was to get to the workshop. In the evening he would non-stop talk about all the details of the things he had been doing and robot programming tricks. The teachers were charming and I could see how well they connected with the kids. I think this experience will be the start of a lasting interest in technology for our son. I strongly recommend the course. We will definitely plan to enroll in some other FunTech adventure!

My son really enjoyed his week at the camp and is already looking forward to joining more such camps in the future.
It would have been better if the robot they made was given to them to take home.

Fantastic fun for Lego fans

My two 12 year olds attended the St Albans camp and have had a fantastic time. It takes Lego to another level beyond the model building you normally do at home. Along the way they have been learning some basic programming as well as using motors and sensors to complete challenges and beat the maze.

The staff have been amazing, teaching but in a really fun way. Both have asked me if they can come again, and that says it all!

A fun week of coding and construction

My boys really enjoyed the week, the team make it highly interactive, keeping a great mix between the learning and the fun. The tutors made it great fun and were really happy to let the boys explore what they were interested in.

My 11 year old son really enjoyed the course. He was very enthusiastic to attend each day, making sure we arrived on time! He has learnt some coding skills and I hope he will take this further. Despite the school setting there has been no complaint of this being a "summer school", however I still

My 11 year old son really enjoyed the course. He was very enthusiastic to attend each day, making sure we arrived on time! He has learnt some coding skills and I hope he will take this further.
Despite the school setting there has been no complaint of this being a "summer school", however I still feel there has been educational value.
Only disappointment has been that we are told we cannot take the robots home with us at the end of the course. I suspect there will be further spending on equipment in the future.
Overall a worthwhile investment and a different experience from the traditional holiday camps.
